Ageing with Grace (mostly disgracefully) is the show for women in midlife who are unapologetically neither over the hill nor invisible. "Nobody puts baby in the corner!”
In each episode, Katie and I have honest and inspirational conversations that challenge the status quo and reframe outdated stereotypes. We are celebrating age, loudly and proudly, with real topics, fresh perspectives, and total transparency - no subject is taboo!

Pole dancing is a powerful force for positive change!
Messy comedy grubs Siân Docksey and Lulu Popplewell talk to guests about the magic of hanging off a stick.
Pole dancing comedian Siân Docksey noticed how much pole dancing had improved her mental health, so she started a podcast from her parent's basement about it. This grew into interviews with pole dancers about everything from creativity, body confidence and gender identity to sex worker activism and business skills.
Co-hosted with comedian Lulu Popplewell, the podcast speaks to sexy stick enthusiasts at all levels about the art of stick-dangling: from hobbyists using pole to manage a disability to multi-competition winning professional dancers, instructors and studio owners shaking up the industry.
You can also get bonus-length episodes and help us keep making the podcast by joining Siân's Patreon . Follow the polepod on Instagram and don't forget to recommend us your friends!
Created by Siân Docksey, edited by Alice Rosenthal with original music by Amelia Bayler.

It's time to put the arts on game! Hosts Lee Bynum, Paige Reynolds, and Rocky Jones are three Black, queer artists and pop culture aficionados, who are working every day to bring more diversity, equity, and inclusivity into the arts. Noted by The New York Times as one of the "Podcasts Opera Pros Tune To" in 2021, The Score is their provocative, thoughtful, and humorous commentary on the industry's past, present, and future, as seen through an antiracist and anti-oppressive lens. Each episode features a variety of stories from a variety of perspectives that bring People of the Global Majority, queer, trans and nonbinary folks, and everyone else into the discussion of ownership over and access to the arts. From the opera house to the statehouse to your house, each episode will amplify the voices of those in the field who are pushing the boundaries of what opera is, who it is for, and how it can transform us and our communities.

Are you a performer? Has your voice ever let you down? Did you feel like a different person because of that? You are not alone. In this series of Podcasts, Actors share their stories about when their voices were not how they wanted them to be and how they felt. For some people, their voices are still not how they want them to be. When listening to these stories, you may feel many things but hope that you will find inspiration and be reassured that you are not alone....it's great to have you here.

We Hate You is a podcast discussing the lives of geniuses who turned their backs on society - famous singers, ballet dancers, holy fools, writers, artists, actors, personalities and 'faces'. People who had enough and withdrew from the world. We drool over their glorious isolation and judge their occasional 'comebacks'. As self-professed sexy hermits we identify all over the place and one day hope to join this host of immaculate refuseniks. Until then, We Hate You. Stop the world. We want to get off.
