How do you make a community for creators?
I don't know the answer to that question because that's not how things began. C&C started out as a 'workshop' for podcast enthusiasts. Since then, it has become a community that houses some of the country's best creative talent; featuring marketers, creative strategists, and creators. We have offline 'episodes', where our members discuss, debate, and workshop new (and old) ideas. As you might have guessed, there's the coffee that keeps us going. ;)My goal is for chapters or 'seasons' of C&C to charter across the world's most creative cities. Watch the video to found out how!My DMs are open on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/shreevar-chhotaria-57524b147/Timestamps: 00:00 - Cold Open01:10 - The Why and The Origin Story04:45 - Producing the 1st 'episode' in BLR08:53 - Format 12:39 - Stand-out moments15:36 - Playing the messages17:11 - What's next for Content & Coffee?

You thought Twitter (X) was dead? For the 58th episode of That's What Shree Said, I spoke to the person who drops 'certified bangers' everyday, at the drop of a tweet. Anushka Kulkarni, AKA @Kulfei, a meme marketer by day and Twitter creator by day and night, talks about monetisation, the wondrous world of social media in 2024, and why para social relationships don't really suck.
Have a great listen/watch, and do reach out to me @shreevz or on [email protected] for anything!

We’re all migrants through time.
The story of NomadGao, a brainchild of Mayur Sontakke, is nothing short of a travel revolution.
Is it a hostel? Is it a hotel? Is it a BnB?
Turns out, it’s none of those.
“I used to get offended when people called us a hostel. Now, I don’t really care.” he says.
We discuss why digital nomadism is off to a sluggish start to India, how the government is trying to attract tourism by encouraging longer stays, and where we go as a 'community-first' society from here.
It’s a must-listen if you wanna get the f out your city sometimes.

You’ve heard of the popular maxim ‘show, don’t tell’. But when it comes to Gaurav Jain, who's worked with companies like Star and Hotstar, I’d say ‘show then tell' seems like a better fit. You’ll see what I mean when you listen to the episode in full. This conversation takes us to midnights at the Hotstar office in Mumbai where G and his team were strategising and creating groundbreaking content, a sunny Central Park afternoon in New York with his daughter and wife, but most importantly, to his mind; the movies he’s watched, the books that he’s devoured, and the memes that he just. can’t. stop. sharing. It’s a supremely chill conversation, that tastes best, with some 'pink gin' and tonic. There are some great insights + anecdotes along the way too, especially if you’re interested in the content business. If you haven’t listened to part 1 of this conversation, it’s literally a tap away??
For Part 2, we start off with a rapid fire.
Then, we understand what are some of the retail metrics they use to run a store like Capsul, some of the brand values that they believe in (which has led to partnerships with brands like Budweiser and Hoovu Fresh), and some words of caution and pieces of advice for anyone who wants to start out in the world of streetwear.
It’s a fun conversation. Fun fun fun.

They’re not just the ‘PUMA girls’.
With Capsul, India’s first multi-brand streetwear store, co-founders Bhavisha Dave and Meenakshi Singh have created a quiet revolution against the behemoth called fast fashion.
It’s a revolution that you can wear.
In the first part, get to know how working for PUMA might just become a dream job for you, why Jalandhar might be a bigger streetwear market than Mumbai, and why 99 Specialty dosa is Bhavisha's go-to eating spot in the city.
Part 2 coming soon.

It's a rhetorical question lol. I talk about how the latest album 'The Car' is their most vulnerable, cinematic, and meta work yet.

Mr. Morale and the Big Steppers has been classified as Kendrick’s most personal yet least consistent album yet. I really think you should still listen to it though. Why? Listen to the episode to find out.

It's okay even if you haven't watched the show. In this spoiler-free audio essay, I look at how the Adam Scott starrer 'Severance' makes you feel lonely: with the help of cinematography, music, and liminal spaces.

Gehraiyaan is perhaps the most polarising Hindi film in recent memory. While I didn't necessarily love the film, it definitely evoked some intense emotions. And the ending added a touch of zing that made me want to record this episode. What did it really mean though?
