Back pain really gets in the way of your weight lifting and fitness goals. Meet Bronte! Former client, and now a coach with 4th Trimester Training! Bronte came for coaching because she was wanting to push herself in the gym but every time she did, she would get injured. She felt like she was living under a glass ceiling and could never see the gains and growth that she hoped for because of the pain she felt in the gym, and also daily life. When lifting kids or laundry baskets becomes challenging, how CAN you keep pushing in the gym? This was an issue for Bronte ever since pregnancy, which was about three years prior to her finding me. The problem is universal. Women aren’t given a playbook on how to fix their postpartum dysfunction so they can fully leave it behind. In this episode we talk about how we trained Bronte, what the missing pieces were, and how she rebuilt her strength from the inside out. She is lifting heavier than ever and seeing the results she wanted!
