This is the episode that will teach you how to improve your relationship with food, I am sharing the 5 common issues that fall under the term "Food noise" because its usually our struggles with food noise that prevents us from losing weight and keep it off long term. The 5 common issues are:

If you're not seeing fat loss results you're probably making one of these 5 mistakes:
1. Not eating enough protein
2. Underestimating your calories
3. Overdoing cardio, ignoring strength training
4. Poor sleep or stress management
5. Inconsistency from doing silly things!!
