Many churches teach this implicitly but would never say so explicitly. These Churches pray words that sound good and they try by any means to make everyone act more like them.

The Church above has a toxic view of masculinity, masked in an understanding that it's not about physical attributes. The deemphasize physical strength to mask how they over-emphasize other toxic traits of leadership, control, and manipulation. This idea of men as controlling leaders is unbiblical.
