Conscious Relationships are about being a space for two people to grow together but what rate of growth is truly acceptable?
When someone says they want to change and become better but the change doesn't seem to be happening very quickly, how much time and space should we really give? What kinds of things should we tolerate and what other things are truly deal breakers?
This is such a confusing dynamic, especially when it's clouded by strong feelings for someone and a sincere desire to see the relationship go somewhere. It can be so easy to give a person way too many chances.
On the other hand, when we are too reactive and unwilling to be empathetic about someone's human limitations, it can be really easy to call out problems and leave a relationship that did have real potential had we been open to working on it.
This episode offers a clear guide to navigating these confusing dynamics and identifying true potential early on so you can invest your energy in a relationship that can truly become something great!

It can be so confusing when the fire that had effortlessly pulled us together in the beginning starts to fade and the relationship no longer feels the same anymore.
When our partner no longer shows the attentiveness and affection that they did in the beginning and the love that made the relationship worth it in the first place feels like it's dying and no matter what we do, we can't seem to get it back.
At this point, we start to question the relationship and wonder why we're even in it. We imagine what might be available for us outside of the relationship and think that, with the right person, that spark may never fade.
But the fact is, the spark will always fade as our relationship outgrows the initial stages and to reclaim the depth and passion we want with our partner, we have to grow into a new phase together.
This episode serves as a guide for navigating these stages of growth together and building a love that can truly last. Happy listening <3

In this episode, we dive deep into the emotional wounds that shape our need to be chosen in relationships. Whether it’s from childhood abandonment, rejection, or feeling unworthy, many of us carry unresolved pain that drives us to seek validation through being selected by a partner. This unconscious desire to be chosen often leads to unhealthy dynamics, where we sacrifice our needs or stay in unfulfilling relationships out of fear of rejection or being alone.
We’ll explore how these early wounds, often tied to mother or father wounds, create a cycle of approval-seeking behavior. Instead of choosing relationships based on mutual respect, growth, and shared values, we end up prioritizing external validation. This need to be chosen reinforces the idea that love is something earned, rather than something we consciously choose and co-create.
Through healing these core wounds and embracing self-worth, we can begin to reclaim our power in relationships. We’ll discuss how developing self-awareness and practicing self-love allows us to let go of the need for external approval and make intentional, conscious choices in love. By choosing from a place of wholeness and authenticity, we can attract healthier, more balanced relationships that nurture personal growth and connection.

Most women say they want to experience a strong masculine presence from their man and most men say they want to experience the warm, gentle feminine presence from their woman, yet we struggle so much to receive this from each other.
In dating, many women feel that it's almost impossible to have men step up and bring the strength and security they seek from the masculine while men feel that women are too protective and guarded, limiting the warmth of the feminine.
In our long term relationships this dynamic becomes even worse. We get caught up in the doingness of life, the sexual polarity between us dies and resentment builds as we feel our deepest relational needs are not being met.
However, by simply understanding the core needs of the masculine and feminine and knowing how to meet them, we can inspired this presence from our partners and the people we date.
Men become more masculine when their core masculine needs are being met and the same is true for women. It's simply when this part of ourselves is not protected and validated that we lose touch with it and as we learn to do that for others, we invite them to do the same for us.

Most of us want more from our lives and relationships. We want to experience more magic, passion, and vitality.
And while we are craving for more, we are often living in a state of mind and body that feels jaded, heavy, disconnected and alone.
The pain that we've experienced in the past paints a bleak picture of the future and while, on some level, we hope to have a life that reflects our dreams one day, filled with passionate love and deep connection, that vision often feels far away and we struggle to believe in it.
Yet miracles are possible and everything can change in an instant but first, we must create the space in our lives to allow them in.
This episode tells you exactly how to do that. Enjoy :)

If you've experienced patterns of unfulfilling love in your life, this episode will offer you some important insight.
When we are looking for love, we are often tuning into subtle cues that reflect our past pain. Believe it or not, this is often what generates our attraction to people.
Sometimes, we are not seeking fulfilling love but rather we are seeking someone with whom we can play out these past patterns, someone who will create in us the familiar feelings of loss or longing that we've known throughout our lives.
Unconsciously, we associate these feelings with love and when we meet someone who doesn't create these feelings in us, the resulting experience is a lack of attraction or interest.
In this episode, I'm explaining the subconscious dynamics of how this operates and sharing practical steps you can take to heal this.
Thanks for listening, lots of love,
Shane

If you've been feeling like there aren't a lot of commitment-ready men out there, I hear you.
Men crave connection and they want commitment just as much as women do but they have a very different process of getting there.
While women have often been encouraged to seek relationship and commitment from a very young age, men have often been encouraged to do the exact opposite and when they've expressed their sensitivity and need for love it's often been regarded as weakness and met with ridicule.
Still, the raw need for connection lives within every man and when a woman can create a safe space for him to express this vulnerable need, he will often fall in love and commit to her for life.
In this episode, I'm sharing how to do that.
I hope you enjoy it, and thanks for listening.
