It was the young man in jeans & a Gucci belt who quietly assessed everything, and then casually decided to purchase not one, but all three condos available. It was a stark reminder: NEVER underestimate who your client might be.
The young man, seemingly in the background, was the decision-maker, teaching me to pay attention to everyone involved. Also, when a client says 'I'll take it,' that's your CUE. Stop selling, start finalizing 📝✨ This experience wasn't just about luck, it was about recognizing opportunities, understanding client dynamics, and knowing when to take decisive action.
