  • On this episode, I have the privilege of speaking with Neil Palache, an experienced divorce consultant and founder of the Wealth Creator Company for Women. Neil brings over 15 years of expertise in financial coaching, having transitioned from life insurance and financial services to a focus on guiding women through the financial intricacies of divorce. He has also founded Divorce Transition Professionals (DTP), a national network facilitating collaboration among divorce professionals.

Together, we look into essential financial considerations during the divorce journey. Neil outlines his holistic approach, encompassing pre, pending, and post-divorce phases. He emphasizes the importance of understanding your financial landscape before divorce proceedings begin, providing guidance on budgeting, asset division, and potential outcomes concerning spousal and child support.

Neil's insights include advice on hiring the right professionals to navigate complex financial scenarios and the significance of mutual respect between divorcing partners. He encourages a fair division of assets, enabling both parties to live reasonably post-divorce, and shares insights into maintaining civility for the sake of any children involved.

Neil and I both advocate for amicable resolutions, highlighting that animosity in divorce only depletes communal assets and strains future familial relationships. With practical examples and heartfelt advice, this episode offers invaluable guidance on managing finances and fostering healthier separations.

  • In this episode, I have a thought-provoking discussion with Mark Entrekin, a distinguished expert with a master's degree in organizational management and over a decade of experience with Toastmasters. Mark’s current passion lies in fostering a world free of hate, anger, and prejudice.

Mark shares his unique journey from his early years in diverse communities to his experiences in the legal system during his divorce. He reflects on how these life experiences shaped his commitment to advocating for equal parenting rights. Mark discusses his involvement with organizations such as Fathers For Equal Rights and the Children's Rights Council, emphasizing the importance of viewing both parents as essential to a child's life.

Listeners are invited to shift their perspectives on anger and conflict. Mark introduces the idea that anger often fails to yield effective results, coining the term "actions not gaining effective results" to describe it, and contrasts it with calmness as more productive responses. He encourages us to question the value of anger and prejudiced actions, advocating instead for the development of compassionate, understanding relationships.

Through storytelling and insightful dialogue, Mark provides strategies for transforming anger into constructive action. This episode is a must-listen for anyone navigating family disagreements, workplace conflicts, or societal divisions, which are all too common in our world today.

    About the Guest:

Mark Entrekin may be known by his Master’s Degree in Organizational Management or his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Systems or his work over the past decade in Toastmasters or possibly by the multitude of certification acronyms that follow his email signature or because of his love for good red wine

but, his passion is to continue his motivational and positive attitude as he wants to share the truths that many seem to avoid through their own portraits of illusion! As we continuously receive “media misinformation” or “soundbite slurring” or political “jabs of junk” or “twitter tirades”; how can we exhibit a positive attitude as we continue our day-to-day life around acquaintances, coworkers, friends or family members? Mark shows us how to understand the Strength of Caring, Helping and Including Others as we End Hate, Anger and Prejudice (EHAP), personally and professionally.
