  • In a riveting episode of "Hidden Killers With Tony Brueski," former Felony Prosecutor and attorney Eric Faddis discusses the long-standing mystery surrounding the 1996 murder of Tupac Shakur and the speculation that Diddy (Sean Combs) might have ordered the hit. The conversation delves into the history of the East Coast-West Coast rap rivalry, with Faddis examining the possible motives Diddy might have had against Tupac. The discussion also covers the reliability of Dwayne "Keefey D" Davis, the only surviving witness from the vehicle involved in Tupac's shooting, and his claims that his nephew, Orlando Anderson, was the shooter under orders that might trace back to Diddy. Faddis expresses skepticism about Keefey D’s credibility, given his fame-seeking behavior, but acknowledges that law enforcement is likely re-examining old evidence and witness testimonies. The episode also touches on the challenges of proving such a case decades later, particularly regarding alleged money laundering for a million-dollar bounty. Despite the passage of time, Brueski and Faddis speculate that new information and old investigative material might finally provide answers to this enduring cold case.

  • In this episode of "Hidden Killers With Tony Brueski," retired FBI Special Agent Robin Dreeke discusses the mounting case against Sean "Diddy" Combs, particularly in relation to the infamous East Coast-West Coast rap rivalry and the murders of Tupac Shakur and Biggie Smalls. Dreeke and Brueski examine the recent charges against Dwayne "Keefe D" Davis, who has implicated Diddy in offering a $1 million bounty on the heads of Tupac and Suge Knight. They delve into the challenges of proving such a case, given the credibility issues with key witnesses, many of whom are deceased, and the muddy waters of gang affiliations and law enforcement misconduct. Dreeke suggests that investigators might focus on uncovering financial crimes, such as money laundering, as these could provide a clearer path to prosecution. He emphasizes that tracking the flow of money from Diddy to those involved in the hit on Tupac could be crucial. The conversation underscores the complexities of the case and the broader implications for the music industry if a substantial connection to Diddy is proven.

  • Jake Porter, the father of the late Kim Porter, has publicly condemned Sean "Diddy" Combs after footage surfaced showing the music mogul attacking Casandra "Cassie" Ventura. The video, which captures a 2016 altercation where Combs is seen grabbing, shoving, and kicking Cassie, has sparked outrage and led to serious repercussions for the 54-year-old star.

“You can say I was disgusted with the video, and I wouldn’t treat my enemy like that,” Jake Porter, 78, told Rolling Stone on Friday, June 7. "It was despicable. I couldn’t believe it. I was in Vietnam, and I wouldn’t do that to my enemy.”

Jake Porter, whose daughter Kim dated Combs on and off from 1994 until 2007, said he never witnessed Combs physically abusing Kim but admitted the video made him question their relationship. “It made me wonder,” he remarked.

Kim Porter, a former model who passed away from lobar pneumonia in 2018, shared three children with Combs: son Christian Combs, born in 1998, and twin daughters D'Lila Star Combs and Jessie James Combs, born in 2006. Despite their tumultuous relationship, Jake noted that Kim had genuine love for Combs, though she could not live with him. “I think he was a very jealous person,” Jake said. “They both loved each other. Kim’s love was legitimate. Puffy’s love, I don’t know what he calls love, you know what I mean? I really don’t think he has any idea what love is.”

The recently released hotel surveillance footage of the attack has not only shocked Jake Porter but also led to public outcry. In response to the video's circulation, Combs issued an apology on Instagram, expressing his own disgust at his actions. However, the damage to his reputation has been significant.

Earlier this month, Howard University rescinded the honorary degree it had awarded to Combs in 2014. In a statement on its website, the university announced that its Board of Trustees "voted unanimously today to accept the return by Mr. Sean Combs of the honorary degree conferred upon him in 2014." The decision, the statement continued, "revokes all honors and privileges associated with the degree."

"Mr. Combs’ behavior as captured in a recently released video is so fundamentally incompatible with Howard University’s core values and beliefs that he is deemed no longer worthy to hold the institution’s highest honor," the statement added. "The University is unwavering in its opposition to all acts of interpersonal violence."

Jake Porter shared that the video has changed his perspective on Combs entirely. “I didn’t know he could stoop that low,” he said. “I imagine it surprised a lot of people. I wouldn’t even do a dog like that. My heart goes out to Cassie.”

As a father and grandfather, Jake Porter’s primary concern now lies with the well-being of his grandchildren. “My concern is the children,” he told Rolling Stone. The impact of such violent behavior, especially in the context of Combs' public persona and their shared history, weighs heavily on him.

  • In this episode of "Hidden Killers With Tony Brueski," retired FBI Special Agent Robin Dreeke discusses the serious allegations against Sean "Diddy" Combs. Despite Diddy’s complete denial and disparaging comments about the victims, a video surfaced showing him assaulting Cassie in a hotel, which aligns with her civil suit details. Dreeke explains that this video not only corroborates Cassie's testimony but also lends credibility to other victims' claims. Diddy’s subsequent public apology, where he admits his behavior but focuses on his own suffering rather than the victims, is seen as self-serving. Dreeke suggests that Diddy’s response reveals his narcissistic tendencies, as he fails to show genuine remorse or empathy for the victims. The discussion highlights the challenge of dealing with powerful individuals who manipulate and intimidate their way out of accountability. • Revolt, the media company co-founded by Sean “Diddy” Combs, has undergone a seismic shift in ownership. Combs, facing multiple sexual assault allegations, recently sold his majority stake in the company. The reins now pass to Revolt’s own employees, marking a rare and transformative structure in the media landscape.

In a statement released yesterday, Revolt CEO Detavio Samuels confirmed the transition: “One hundred percent of Sean Combs’ shares have been redeemed and retired. He is no longer chairman. He is no longer on the board. He has no shares, no equity in Revolt. We have completely separated and dissociated from each other.”

This move positions Revolt’s employees as the new stewards of the company, a groundbreaking shift that reflects their commitment to amplifying Black culture globally. Samuels expressed pride in the transformation: “Our teams will experience a shift from being employees to owners of the business they are helping to build. Revolt’s superpower lies in being the home for creators who move culture globally.”

Combs’ departure from the board occurred last November when the allegations surfaced. The chart-topping artist faced claims of sexual harassment directed at colleagues and other women in the music industry. Additionally, he settled a claim related to physical abuse against his ex-partner and fellow musician, Cassie.

The recent release of surveillance video from 2016, showing Combs violently assaulting Cassie in a hotel, further intensified scrutiny. Employees at Revolt expressed deep concern upon viewing the footage, emphasizing their commitment to a safe and respectful workplace.

Speculation now swirls around Combs potentially facing a criminal indictment. Earlier this year, federal investigators raided his homes, probing allegations of money laundering and illegal drug activities. CNN reported that the investigation remains ongoing.

Revolt’s transition to employee ownership represents a bold step toward reshaping media dynamics, even as Combs’ legal battles continue.
