Juan is a transformational coach, trainer, and speaker who has dedicated his career to helping individuals achieve personal mastery and emotional freedom.

Over a decade ago, Juan was a rising professional in the corporate world, and he seemed to have it all, yet his health told a different story. Having flirted with burnout and depression, he learned firsthand how vulnerable and fragile we can be.

These experiences led him on a journey to learn the secrets of the body and mind, and to study how that all plays out in the workplace.

Eight years into this journey, with more than a dozen certifications in mindset and behavior change under his belt, and after working with some of the most prestigious training and consulting firms in Europe on things like communication, influence, leadership, culture, and wellbeing—Juan came to a realization:

We live in complex times and move toward ever more ambiguous futures, with mindsets we developed in the past.

“THE WORLD IS ACCELERATING FASTER THAN OUR INNER DEVELOPMENT”

So, Juan asked himself a question:

How can we accelerate Inner Development so people can show sustainable impact in life and at work?

This led him to develop and refine a revolutionary method that makes psychology simple and intuitive, helping people leverage their brain’s ability to learn and change It’s called “The Mind Canvas.”

This methodology kick-starts and accelerates Emotional Intelligence, empowering well-being and contribution for individuals, teams, and organizations.

The Mind Canvas soon became an Amazon-Best Selling book, led to a TEDx talk with +10K views, and was the basis for some groundbreaking transformational work with leaders around the world, granting Juan an award as Best Wellbeing Coach 2023 by CoachAwards.

Born in Argentina and now a resident of The Netherlands, Juan is a devoted father and husband, on a mission to empower people and organizations to unleash their potential for well-being and positive impact.

  • I'm excited today because I get the opportunity to chat with my good friend, Claire Chandler. Team, for your information Claire's sitting in New York City, and she's often referred to as the leadership therapist.

Claire's also the founder of the company Talent Boost, and I'm pretty sure we'll get into that more as we get into the conversation. I've been following Claire's work for a number of years, and probably around, we were just talking before we went live somewhere close to 12 months back now.

We managed to secure Claire as a guest on the ET project, which was fantastic. We spoke about Claire, a topic, I don’t know if you remember, How to Build a Bridge Between HR and Operations. I mean, heck, it's one of my favorite topics. I love the divergence that occurs in that topic alone. Today we're back at it.

This time we have the chance to fulfill another one of my passions, which is chatting with authors about their latest book release.

And just before we get into that, there's a side note that I had in mind was to mention that I don't know the exact date, Claire, but somewhere this year, I believe, or the end of last year Talent Boost and yourself were recognized by the Best of America Awards for Small Business as Best Entrepreneur for 2023 for the category, I think of business consultant.

A recipient of some 150 industry awards for the work her team has performed over the past decade, she has now turned her attention to revolutionizing education with new AI Learning pedagogies.

When asked why she is so passionate about this her reply is “Because the future belongs to the curious.”

To support this venture Juliette is now heading up the company called Iridescent Technology and I swear the colour of Juliette’s hair is purely coincidental not a marketing promo.

TEAM ET please join Juliette and me with “the future of personalized learning has arrived and it’s called Coeus AI”

BTW as a footnote for the Learned:

During our discussion you’ll hear us refer to Bloom’s Taxonomy – more specifically Juliette is referring to the Cognitive Learning Domain within the Taxonomy and her new AI learning platform’s capabilities to bridge the lower and higher levels of that domain – THROUGH DEMONSTRATION AND ARCHING between applying and analyzing.
