@words_of_women is an Instagram community where Lauren shares the quotes and stories of famous women through history. Quotes so impactful that they will stop you mid-scroll and hit you straight in the gut.
In her book - The Book of Moods - Lauren forensically examines each of her moods and in doing so has created a compendium of almost every mood a woman might experience. All in the hope that her readers might feel less alone and less shame.
This is a really special conversation for me. I've long been a fan of Lauren and her writing.
