Josh and Marc explain how essential it is to document all of your processes and procedures—even the most common, obvious processes that you do every day—and thinking about the person who comes in behind you (like when you leave, retire, or just go on vacation and don’t want to be disturbed by work).
What would happen if your most seasoned fleet professionals were abducted by aliens and you had to replace your entire team? Would the new employees have any idea what to do? Your documentation becomes your insurance policy for whatever could happen to your fleet.
