Each year many people talk about what they are going to do different in the next year, they set resolutions. In this episode, I talk about what a resolution is and provide some food for thought on how to make one if you want. But I also stress that you don't need a resolution to move successfully into the new year nor do you have to wait to start or begin on New year's day. Resolutions are about commitment, they don't care when they're started or even if they're restarted.
