I had the pleasure to do a 3-person podcast with two of the top fitness personalities in the lower mainland. Jas & Ben from Fit-Nation took the time to come on the show to tell us about how they took Fit-Nation from a passion and pastime to one of the most respected Fitness & Rehab facilities around today. These two young guys have amazing maturity and poise. They discussed starting a business as lifelong friends and the difficulties/strain that can put on a relationship. We also delved into how they use a holistic approach to there business, the impact of physical fitness on the immune system and your mental health.
