NOTE: "Dying Inside" deals with heavy subject matter, including self-harm and suicide. Our discussion of this graphic novel starts at about 17:35. If the subject matter is triggering for you, skip to about 23:55. If you are experiencing these feelings yourself, Hope for the Day (https://www.hftd.org/find-help) has a wonderful resource guide to many hotlines around the world. In the U.S., both the Crisis Text Line (741741) and Suicide and Crisis Lifeline (988) are also great resources.
