Hello my Friends! Welcome back to the Show!
We have alot of great stuff to discuss this week. Lets start out by trying to wrap together some ideas that have been looked at over the last few weeks. Afterwards I present to you some of the dominant ideas in Lucretius's Epicurean Atomism, which has alot of parallels to the quantumn mechanics modern science stuff I have been investigating recently. Thirdly will be the third installment of the last chapter of Aldous Huxley's Island. And finally, we will check in for some words of wisdom from my tremendous son. I hope you enjoy!
If you would ever like to talk about anything, anything at all, please message me at [email protected]. Or find me on facebook. I am here to be a friend to You!
Have a wonderful week! I will forever appreciate your attention and ears!

Hello my Friends! Welcome back to the Show! I am very excited to be back after my small Hiatus. Odin and I have been busy with various rituals from a Wedding, to a Concert, to learning how to evaluate and commit to Self-Care! I would like to share some stories with you and then philosophize about the relatable aspects of finding satisfaction in all of our lives. What is the difference between Pleasure and Satisfaction? If we work harder for something is it more satisfying? Do all good things take time, effort, and Sacrifice? This and much, much more on this episode of "The Ginger Bread Man!"
Halfway through the show I continue where I left off on the last chapter of Aldous Huxley's 'Island.' This book has had a tremendous impact on me, I hope you enjoy my amatuer performance. If you haven't heard last weeks episode, be sure to go back and listen for the beginning of this chapter.
Finally, We will have Odo sign you off with some words of Wisdom! I will be forevor grateful for your attention and ears, If you would like to talk about anything, or need a friend, please email me at [email protected]. Have a wonderful Week!

Hello my Friends! Welcome Back to "The Ginger Bread Man!"
This week I want to dig into Science a little bit. I spent alot of time being Staunchly anti-science, regrettably, that I have only recently returned to reading more scientific material. I have been reading a book called "The Tao of Physics" by Fritjof Capra, whom I unfortunately called 'Frank' in the episode because I am dumb. This and Sartre's Existential theories have made me very curious about the interconnections of East and West, Scientific Empericism and Mystic Subjectivism. And the interconnectedness of everything little thing in this whole thing. Man, am I excited.
The last half of the Episode, approximately 15 minutes in, I begin the last Chapter of Aldous Huxley's "Island", without any spoilers. This man has seriously impressed me, and I hope you enjoy my performance of this work that had an immense impact on me.
You can email me any time at [email protected]. I will be forevor grateful for your attention and ears. I hope you have a great week!

Hello my Friends! Welcome back to "The Ginger Bread Man!"
This week I will be discussing some older concepts from the show including how we have some degree of control over bodily processes, especially when it comes to slowing ourselves down and speeding ourselves up! This also ties into our interconnectedness with the rest of the world.
Towards the end of the show I share an excerpt from Aldous Huxley's Island, a profound book and concise way to tie up some of these ideas.
I will be forevor grateful for your attention and ears! Have a great Week!

Hello My Friends! Welcome back to my Show, I am really glad you are here!
This week I vent a little bit about my frustrations with The Business Mindset, A classical argument between Materialism and the Formless develops as a I describe what it is like to encounter change in our lives. What parts of our being are Resistant to New Things?
Afterwards I break apart Verse 42 from Brook Ziporyn's Daodejing. Then we will adventure into the Extraordinary world of Aldous Huxley's Island. Lastly, Odin will sign you off with some pleasent childish introspections.

Hello my friends!
This week I would like to discuss the concept of time through a Buddhist and existential Lense. This is a deep one guys, but I don't think any of you are averse to the deep end. I will also be further elucidating some terms from Sartre's Existentialism such as Being-In-Itself and Being-For-Itself. I'm on shaky ground here because I barely understand it myself, but I tried! Let's get out of the past, stop worrying about the future, and consider our reactions to the present on this weeks episode of "The Ginger Bread Man!"
I will be forever grateful your to Attention and Ears! I hope you have a great week! You can email me about Anything at [email protected]!

Hello my Friends! Welcome Back, I am really glad to have you here with me, Sincerely!
This week I want to talk more about how we interact with our Psyche, including some of the different facets (faculties?) that have a part to play such as Personality and Unconscious. I happen to be particularly fascinated with Psychedelic compounds and substances that have the ability to change how we perceive reality. However, these are material physical things, is every part of our consciousness and being strictly Physical? Maybe, but theres alot at play when we consider how our judgements and inner decisions pave the way for how we manifest our realities. This and much, much more on "The Ginger Bread Man!"
If you would like to have a conversation, about Anything, please email me at [email protected]! Have a Wonderful Week!

Hello Friends! Welcome back to my show!
This week I would like to discuss polarity, another aspect of Duality. And what is Duality? The Nature of the Universe, or so it seems. Everything has an Off/On, Up/Down, Hot/Cold, Is/Isn't, and the list goes on Ad infinitum. But when we look really closely at any of these attributes, aren't they all describing the same thing. If something is bigger than something else, its bigger, but if the smaller thing is also bigger than something else; THEN isn't it Also Bigger? Words don't do this situation justice.. What makes something Big and something else Small if it doesn't have anything else to relate too?
I would like to apply this polarity of things in existence to our own inner worlds. We have lights and darks of our personality too, but in perspective to what? Carl Jung coined the term Shadow to speak about these repressed areas of our psyche, and that is exactly what I would like to discuss today! Also with some of my writings, a verse of Chuang Tzu, and a small reading from Richard and Iona Millers wonderful book: The Modern Alchemist- A guide to Personal Transformation.
Thankyou so much for giving me your Attention and Ears! I will be forever grateful! Have a wonderful week! If you would like to talk about ANYTHING please email me at [email protected]

Hello My Friends!
I very much Appreciate your Patience! Challenging times, But I LOVE talking to you. So thankyou for showing up!
This week I would like to again discuss the values of Introspection, especially when it comes to looking at and analyzing cycles in our lives. Then I would like present a buddhist Idea called Non-Duality, specifically the doorway to Non-Duality.. If you stick to the end of the show I will share with you a selection from a Buddhist Sutra that is concerned with this subtle Idea. Lastly I would to Invite Diogene's Philosophy of Cynicism back on the show as I try to relate it to some of the current Material. This and Much, Much More on "The Ginger Bread Man!" I hope you enjoy!

Hello my Friends! Welcome Back! Happy New Year!
Apologies ahead of time for Poppy-Audio, I am using a cheap cord right now that I don't usually have, and whilst doing the very small amount of Lazily done editing I immediately noticed it! Will be working on improving that..
Anyways! This week I want to discuss Boundaries! What do we need to consider when we may be OverExtending? Why is it important to have self care rituals in place before wanting to help the whole world? Then I want to discuss some hindu ideas around Renunciation and Sacrifice! I have the late, great Ram Dass in my head after reading his wonderful book "Paths to God" and these resonations are coming out in this episode. Then I hope to connect the two subtopics. I hope you find something useful!
I very much appreciate your attention and Ears! Thankyou so much for giving me your time. If you would like to talk about literally anything please email me at [email protected]! Have a wonderful week!

Hello my Dear Friends! How are you this fine Day?
This week I want to talk about to pet ideas of mine. These are old ideas, but I don't mind recircling around valuable methods of self discovery. Especially in my own work. What is a Figment of our Imagination? Can we Trust the Movies we make in our heads about the future? Then I want to discuss Joy. Not pleasure, not Euphoria. But, what is that feeling of connection that emerges whenever we are able to step outside of self interest? This and much, much more on The Ginger Bread Man!
You can email me at [email protected] with any concerns, ideas, corrections, or if you would simply like to talk! Have a wonderful week!

Hello My friends! Welcome Back!
I am bedridden this week, so sound quality may be a little funky. I want to discuss pain. What is discomfort? How do we allocate our pain, do we judge it? How do we apply our pain to others? I also want to discuss a new friendship in the psychadelic landscape. Let's Ruminate! Near the end I have a short reading from Voltaire's 'Philosophical Dictionary.' Y'all know how much I love a good definition!

Hi Everyone! Welcome Back!
I Hope you all had a wonderful holiday, and even if you didn't At Least you are past it! What I would like to speak about today concerns this very topic, often during the holidays we have an influx of planning and socializing. We have our families in town, some of whom we do not get along with. And inevidebly we found ourselves tanked with exhaustion at the end of a long week. How do we take care of ourselves? Why is solitude and Rest important? Why don't we all just work 70 hour work weeks?
How do we adapt between different needs in our lives, from Work You to Home You, and then to ThanksGiving You? This and much, much more on "The Ginger Bread Man!"

I hope you have a wonderful week! I will be forevor grateful for your attention and ears!

Hello My Friends!
This week I am going to discuss the conundrum of Change. If our goal is finding Prescence in the here and now, what is the nature of that Here and Now? If we are used to finding comfort in stability, maybe we will be rudely awakened when we find no firm ground to stand on.
I will also be discussing the end of Plato's Republic which concerns his very exciting description of what he believes happens to a soul after death. There are ties to Buddhism and other Religious ideas of Afterlife! I was very intrigued, and I hope that you are too!
Thankyou so much allowing me your time, I will be forever grateful. If you would like to talk, about anything, please email me at [email protected]
Have a Wonderful Week!

Hello All! Welcome back to my little corner of the Universe.. Or is it all of It? Or Both? Hard to say as a human, stumbling around trying to make meaning out off all of these interesting knowledge-bits. What a lovely quest to be on though! Would You like to Join Me?
This week I want to return to the topic of "What is Natural?" What is "Nature"? Are WE part of it, or are we the ARTificial? Can we ever reclaim our home within everything else? How different are we from that housefly, or the Deer?
I will be using ideas obtained from reading in John Stuart Mill's essay on Nature, and The Three Pillars of Zen by Roshi Philip Kapleau. I will be also using my own thoughts and ruminations. I hope you enjoy.

This week I would like to discuss some of Plato's ideas. Plato being a philosopher of Greek's Hellenistic Period. Why do we do what we do? What makes something Right and Good? Behind the subjectivity of opinion, is there away to benefit the most? How would you redesign a country to perpetuate the most "Good'? This and much, much more on "The Ginger Bread Man"!
