If you are living in alignment with the seasons then Spring is the perfecto time to begin to plant your seeds in order to harvest your desired intentions throughout the year.
A lot of times we make empty statements like "I want to eat better" or "I need a new job" but we need to get clear on WHY that is important for you - what would that healthier life look like? More vitality, energy, clarity of mind? Why is a new job important to you, what would that mean? More flexibility, work life balance, more dolla dolla bills?
Either way, if we want to manifest something, if we want to "enjoy the harvest" we must first make a plan, plant the seeds and take action steps to get there.
What better time to do that then Spring? When the soil is fertile for our truest desires?

If I was a betting woman, I'd say healing our nervous system is one of the greatest things we can do for our health & healing.
When our cortisol & stress response is out of whack it can look like things like
-exhaustion/fatigue
-burnout
-anxious and cyclical thoughts
-depressive feelings
-hormone imbalance
-leaky gut
-blood sugar imbalance
-crashing midday
-wired and tired at night
-no energy in the morning

why during this fearful times - love is the only answer, and the harder life gets, the more I lean into Creator and love.
life is short, how do you want to show up? fearful, angry, resentful, shutdown or peaceful, compassionate, and unconditionally loving?
While it feels like hating those who hate us or smack talking against those who are "them" is "right" - the only person that affects is you. The only person who holds that low vibration, tense energy is yourself.
Instead, let us learn to love ourselves deeper, love ourselves unconditionally, have compassion and forgiveness for ourselves so we can have compassionate, peace, love for those who are different than us and bring some healing to ourselves, families, and this world.
we all need this and are deserving of this regardless of our race, culture, religion, political affiliation, gender.
the heart is the seat of the soul and our ability to connect to our fellow humans, the Earth, and the divine.

I LOVE talking cycle health because most of us women were NEVER educated on it We may have gotten a period talk in 8th grade and shown how to use a tampon, but that's about it.
Womp womp.
My young girlies used to come into the hospital having no idea what normal was (nor did the hospital residents I worked with) and that transpired into women in there 30's and 40's being diagnosed with endo, PCOS, debilitating period pain, hysterectomies, etc. WHAT GIVES?! That is not our normal and we don't have to live like that.

Food choices and picking the "Right Diet" can be confusing. With so many choices such as AIP, Low FODMAP, Vegan, carnivore, paleo, Atkins, High Carb, Low carb, etc. which is right?
To me it's simple, how does the body respond? Do you feel high energy, vibrant, peace of mind? or low energy, fatigued, run down?
The body doesn't lie and choosing the "right foods" is a dance of listening to your bodies needs and depends on where you are coming from in your health journey and what your goals are.

I struggled with mental health stuff on and off throughout my early 20's - for me, illness was depression, anxiety, and SI.
As I got into further alignment with myself physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually - those heavy symptoms disappeared.
For you it may not be mental health but hormone imbalance, heavy periods, autoimmune flares, gut dysbiosis, etc. whatever it is - is it your teacher?
Are those physical manifestations asking you to go deeper?
Are they coming up because you are out of alignment?
Can you become your own best student and listen deeply to bring healing to yourself?
