FROM THE ARCHIVES
We recorded this episode in November, 2016 but never published it. Right before Thanksgiving and just after the election we got together and recorded a 3 hour session. A lot of our conversation dealt with Trump and the election and aftermath.
Although still relevant, I've cut all the Trump stuff out since it's a bit dated and I'm tired of hearing about Trump everyday. What is left is just over an hour of our conversation which features a hilarious story by Josiah James about his trip to Saginaw, Michigan.
comedy
Josiah has a funny story about his trip to Saginaw Michigan where he was working on-site at a hotel that eerily resembled The Overlook Hotel from Stanley Kubrick's The Shining. Josiah and Ryan listen to Dave Chappelle's opening monologue from November, 2016 when he hosted SNL. It was Dave's return to standup after being away for over a decade.
entertainment
Ryan talks about a look book that he was requested to put together for a tv show his pitching to Hollywood. Josiah helps Ryan with the design and presentation in hopes that Hollywood gives it a pass.
technology
What's with the NOTE 7? This device is so lethal you can't even bring it to airports. Josiah talks about this and a girl he saw on the plane that he wished he was fortunate enough to sit next to.
GOOD HEADLINES
Josiah and Ryan close the show with Good Headlines.

COMEDY
It's open mic week! Josiah James and Ryan Rossell share their open mic performances from earlier in the week. Josiah resurfaces some older material for his set and Ryan opens with a hilarious new bit about stage time, before crashing and burning with a Halloween bit (his words, not mine).
We were graced by a very unusual stand-up performance by a local hack comedian that went up on stage wearing a Peter Pan leotard. We play a bit of the weirdest set ever and add our colorful commentary.
We also discuss the Barry Crimmins stand-up special 'Whatever Threatens You' that was released earlier in the month over on Louis C.K.'s website. We review the hour special and play a few clips from Barry's performance.ENTERTAINMENT
What do NFL players and dildo's have in common? They're both better when they're black. We discuss the white dildo that was thrown onto the field during the Bills vs. Patriots game.
Josiah and Ryan discuss two very powerful short films that came out recently on Vimeo. The first is The Present, by Jacob Frey. The second one they discuss is Borrowed Time, a very profound and unusual animated short by some Pixar folks.
Halloween season has just left us and Josiah and Ryan discuss the movie Hush, which is available on Netflix. This movie has maintained a 100% rating over on Rotten Tomatoes, and after watching it, it's evident why it is so liked.
Good Headlines are back this week and all of the hosts take turns reading some fake headlines.CLOSER
Ryan closes the show with a classic joke about a slutty grandma...my favorite kind.
