I will always share free information on this podcast with the intention that you will hear and put things into practice (with the blessings from you PCP). Honestly, if you binge listened to all 116 episodes of this podcast you would have all of the information you needed to make a HUGE lifestyle change.

SAD😢
The Standard American Diet is very sad. We have been taught the food pyramid in school which promoted breads, etc. because there were people in the government who were making money off of grain.
Not because bread was "good" for us.
Unfortunately, there is so much lacking in our American diets and we need to "relearn" what is healthy and learn how to listen to our bodies and know what is good for us as individuals and what makes us feels like crap!
Today's episode is about one item that we lack that is good for most people.
Also, I share how we incorporate three of these foods into our families diets so get a pen and paper and get ready to write down these "family recipes" LOL!

Raising confident kids starts with us! Our kids watch our actions and they hear our words and whether we like it or not sometimes they repeat our words (good or bad!).
The same goes for body image and self-esteem. They see us and how we act and talk about our bodies and food and they just emulate what they see.

Whoa girl! This week has been a roller coater of emotions. Guilt has been one of them. My babies started a new school (I use the term babies loosely since my oldest is 16🤪) and it has been great for them...but for me..a little harder.
But keeping my self-care routine in place and knowing I have those time available to decompress has helped SO much!
