Previous to joining Team Wedmore, Jenni spent 12 years applying her skills in people development at lululemon athletica as Internal Leadership Coach and manager leading the performance of multimillion dollar retail businesses and reliably delivered results in teamwork and leadership. Jenni is trained in multiple coaching methodologies, including Neuro-Linguistic Programing, Co-Active Training Institute, and currently studying at Robbins-Madanes Training. She holds two certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, including one from the founder of NLP – Dr. Richard Bandler. Jen has 600 HR+ certified training in yogic philosophy, asana (yang and yin practices), mindfulness and meditation, and is a former yoga teacher for Equinox. She was an Introduction Leader for the Landmark Forum in Australia and is a Usui Reiki Master, apprenticing for many years with master healers learning the art of intuition, energy healing, and psychic ability. Since 2008, James has referred to her as Team Wedmore’s “Secret Weapon.”

     

    Jen Peterson started her career at lululemon in 2013, and was able to open and manage one of the highest grossing stores in the Tri State area, lead “Here To Be” (a lululemon community program offering grants to non-profits supporting at risk communities) and supported United We Om (Long Island Yoga Non-Profit) to receive the annual $20k grant from lululemon. She also completed her 200 hour registered yoga training in addition to certifications in kids, teens, special needs and mindfulness for trauma recovery yoga. She was invited to lead Yoga and Mindfulness and sat on the board for the Long Island Chapter of Team RWB (Organization for veteran recovery) and facilitated their first Veteran Yoga and Leadership Retreat supporting 75 veterans from the Tri-State region supporting mental and physical wellness. She also taught yoga classes at the VA in Northport, NY leading practice for all veterans from WWII- Post 9/11 and their families. 

    Jen relocated to Texas in 2017 and transitioned to a career at Tesla. She began in a leadership development role, responsible for training and developing store leaders to support their teams in driving measurable results in sales and delivery operations. She was promoted into 5 different leadership roles during her 5 year tenure, notably piloting and creating the role of General Manager and was responsible for sales, delivery and service operations for North West Texas. She was also awarded the Lonestar Leadership award for her support in peer growth and operational innovation in Texas. 

    She is beyond proud to have the opportunity to soon celebrate her 1 year anniversary on Team Wedmore and continues to live a life beyond her wildest dreams!
