    P.S. DISCLAIMER ABOUT AYAHUASCA:

Ayahuasca is a plant-based psychedelic brew traditionally used by indigenous people in the Amazon basin for healing, spiritual, and religious purposes. It contains compounds such as DMT (dimethyltryptamine) and harmala alkaloids, which induce altered states of consciousness when ingested.

Many individuals and researchers consider Ayahuasca to be a potent tool for personal growth, spiritual exploration, and therapeutic intervention. Some potential benefits attributed to Ayahuasca include:

Healing Trauma: Ayahuasca ceremonies are often reported to facilitate the processing and healing of emotional traumas, including PTSD, depression, and anxiety. Increased Self-Awareness: Ayahuasca experiences can lead to profound insights into one’s thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, fostering self-awareness and self-understanding. Spiritual Exploration: Many participants describe encounters with profound spiritual or mystical experiences during Ayahuasca ceremonies, leading to a deeper connection with themselves, others, and the universe. Addiction Treatment: Some research suggests that Ayahuasca may be effective in treating substance abuse disorders by helping individuals confront and address the underlying causes of addiction. Cognitive Benefits: Preliminary studies indicate that Ayahuasca may enhance cognitive flexibility, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.

It’s important to note that Ayahuasca is a potent psychedelic substance that should be approached with caution and respect. Ceremonies are typically conducted in a supportive and ceremonial setting under the guidance of experienced facilitators, often referred to as shamans or healers.

The distinction between Ayahuasca as a medicine versus a drug lies in its cultural context, ceremonial use, and intentionality. Unlike recreational drugs, which are often used for hedonistic purposes or escapism, Ayahuasca is approached with reverence and intentionality, with the aim of facilitating healing, growth, and spiritual insight.

However, it’s essential to acknowledge that Ayahuasca is not without risks, and it may not be suitable for everyone, particularly those with certain medical conditions or mental health concerns. Safety precautions, thorough preparation, and integration support are crucial aspects of responsible Ayahuasca use.

Overall, Ayahuasca’s value as a medicine lies in its potential to catalyze profound personal and spiritual transformation when used mindfully and respectfully within a supportive ceremonial context.

  • Thoughts about your appearance can affect how you feel about yourself as a person. There are many factors that influence your self-esteem. Your vision of yourself often builds up in early childhood and continues developing throughout adulthood. The factors that contribute to how you feel about yourself include your family, social relationships, media and cultural differences.

Danielle and Bailey dive into the mindset we have around body image, what is our self talk, where did the narrative come from and how those messages affect our everyday life.

Additionally they talk about the small actions we can take in our daily life to help foster a more accepting environment. Dieting and a drive for thinness are unhealthy actions and ideals that are often communicated to us and internalized from when we were kids. Once internalized, we may subconsciously perpetuate the cycle by passing those same ideals onto others.

You matter! Dive in and learn how to feel comfortable and confident in your skin. This will positively affect your work, social life, and every other aspect of your life.

Human design is a user manual to learn more about YOU: your personality, emotions, and energy centers so that you can be who you truly came here to be with ease and alignment. In fact, human design breaks down how you are wired to make decisions and respond to the world.

Much like astrological birth charts, this is a system based on your exact time, date, and place of birth. This doesn't just map where the planets were in the sky when you were born but also identifies your dominant electromagnetic hot spots to create your personal body graph.

This is a mindblowing conversation. We dive deep into the human design’s creation story, how it works, and the four elementary aspects of this system. Dive in! Discover your own human design chart!
