  • Welcome back to the all-new Season 7 of The MindShare PodCast!

Part 1: The Time for Planning is Over. Action Wins Every Time!

The "thinking phase" is done. The fastest path to success is action, not perfection.Stop chasing motivation. Start chasing momentum.Track micro-wins every day.Implementation beats education every single time.

Action Step: Start a “Win Tracker.” Every day, track every single action that moves you forward - calls made, DMs sent, meetings booked, emails followed up on. It’s not about one big win, it’s about all the micro-wins you stack throughout the day. Watch how quickly you go from 'feeling stuck' to 'unstoppable.'

Part 2: Marketing in 2025 - What's In, What's Out, and What You Need To Do.

Online leads are becoming obsolete.AI-generated messages are everywhere, and people can tell.People are craving authentic, real human interactions.Social media DMs are the new connection point.

Action Step: Every day, send 5 DMs to people you’re connected with. Not to sell—just to connect. Check in. Start a conversation. Ask them how they’re doing. And track every one of those DMs in your Win Tracker

Part 3: Why 1:1 Connections Will Always Be The Foundation of This Business.

Real estate is about people, not transactions.Relationships are recession-proof.Trust is your most valuable currency.

Action Step: Every day, focus on 5 real connections. That could be calls, texts, DMs, or even in-person conversations. But they have to be real—not scripted, not robotic, not AI-generated. Track them in your Win Tracker. Watch how fast your business grows when you focus on people instead of platforms.

Part 4: My Message To You

Success isn’t about luck—it’s about consistency.Consistency beats intensity.Progress over perfection. You don’t need to be the best. You just need to be the most consistent.

    Action Steps:

Track your micro-wins every day.Focus on human-to-human connection.Stay consistent, even when you don’t feel like it.

If you do those three things, this year will be your best year yet.

That’s it for the first episode of Season 7 of the Mindshare Podcast!

I hope you’re ready to hit the ground running because there’s no more waiting, no more planning - only action.

  • We start off with a quick review about the past few shows, the messages, and who our guests were. We've truly been very fortunate to have such a powerful line up join us each week to share insights, teach, and inspire us all to grow to our next levels. Then we cover off 4 strategic areas of conversation along with action steps we can all walk away and implement immediately.

Reflecting on the Year That Was:

Think about the year so far. What moments stand out? What were your big wins—and what lessons did you learn along the way?

    Action Steps:

    - Take 15 minutes today to reflect on your wins and challenges.

    - Write down at least three wins and three lessons.

    - How did those lessons change the way you think or work?

    - What will you do differently next year because of them?

    - Be sure to include any moments of rejection in your list. How did you react to it? What can you learn from those moments of ‘no’?

The Mindset You Need Moving Forward:

This is where things can truly change. You can have all the tools, all the strategies in the world - but if you don’t have the right mindset, it’s all for nothing.

    Action Steps:

    - Take a moment and think about where your mindset is right now.

    - Are you being proactive, or are you waiting for things to happen?

    - Write down the biggest mental barrier that’s holding you back.

    - What’s one way you can challenge it in the coming week?

Don’t shy away from the hard work that’s ahead. Embrace it. It’s the grind that leads to greatness!

Setting Your Goals for the New Year:

We’ve all set goals that sound good in theory, but they don’t actually move the needle.

    Action Steps:

    - Set three specific, measurable, achievable goals for the upcoming year.

    - Make sure they’re aligned with your bigger vision and break them down into actionable steps.

    - What will you do this week, this month, this quarter to get closer to them?

Remember, as you tackle these goals, the hard work never stops. Consistency is the key to unlocking success.

The Power of Consistency and Execution:

This is where so many people fall short. It’s easy to start strong, but what sets successful people apart is the ability to keep going, even when motivation wanes. Motivation is a great spark, but it’s consistency that fuels the fire.

    Action Steps:

    - What’s one small habit you can commit to every day for the next 30 days that will bring you closer to your goals?

    - Make it so small that there’s no excuse not to do it. And I want you to track your progress every day.

So there you have it. The key to success next year isn’t waiting for the perfect moment - it’s about starting right now.

Reflect on your wins, set clear goals, develop the mindset that will carry you through, and stay consistent.

If you commit to these actions, 2025 is going to be your best year yet.

  • Born and bred into the real estate industry at a young age, he spent countless hours as a child listening to the way his father conducted his business practices in real estate.

Selling real estate is a passion of his. But says his real passion are the people.

His approach to selling a house is more like helping people build a strong foundation where their roots will eventually run deep, in a community that they are passionate about.

In a real industry that has evolved with the times, it’s as though the mantra, “bigger is better,” seems to be today’s trend, but he still believes in delivering a high-level of customer one-on-one service that is geared towards his clients’ everyday lives.

Personal service to each and every client is done through a small team of professionals. They are not about rankings and numbers, instead they’re about getting the job done. Doing so in a way that getting to know their clients on a personal level will help to make their buying or selling experience a memorable one.

He believes that the dream and realization of owning a home is about more than just bricks and mortar.

10:01 *Some people might think having an alter ego sounds "fake" or "inauthentic." How would you respond to that? What's the difference between an alter ego and 'faking it till you make it'?

39:07 *What do you say to people who feel silly or embarrassed about this concept? How do we get over that mental block?

47:57 *How do I know if my alter ego is working? Should I expect instant results, or is it something I have to practice over time?
