In this episode of the Wealthy Woman podcast, I had the pleasure of speaking with certified hypnotherapist Kyra Yang. We delved into the fascinating concept of "upper limits" and how they can sometimes hold us back from achieving the success we desire.
During our conversation, Kiara explained how our subconscious beliefs can create a fear of wealth and success. It's interesting how these beliefs can linger in our minds and prevent us from fully embracing our potential. We also discussed the perceived cost of success and this is common for high achieving women to worry about the toll it may take on their well-being, such as burnout and struggles with work-life balance. These concerns can act as barriers to reaching our goals, but Kyra offered valuable insights on how to navigate these challenges.
Lastly, we explored the topic of self-worth and how feelings of unworthiness can hinder our progress. It's crucial to recognize our own value and believe that we deserve the success we strive for. She emphasized the importance of reprogramming our minds to overcome these blocks and accelerate our journey towards success.
I loved this conversation and if you did too share on social and leave a rating & review!

In this episode of The Wealthy Woman Podcast we are going deep into a core belief and this may not be something you are consciously aware of, yet! This belief is tricky because in some ways it can serve you really well, but over time it can often lead to burnout and never feeling good enough. I am going to talk about the addiction to prove and diving into some sneaky ways this shows up, what gets you on this wheel of constantly proving yourself, and how to let go of this addiction to proving yourself.
I hope this episode is the beginning of a journey inward on the impact of addiction to proving what that means and how it is having an impact in your life.

This podcast episode is inspired by some conversations I had from generators reaching out to me after episode 161 was launched. That episode was for mani-gens and how to navigate their multi passionate nature while I heard from generators that related to that episode I wanted to bring clarification to the differences of generators vs. manifesting generators in business.
I talk about the difference of one being into a lot of different things and the other being into one thing and going deep into a niche. You will learn about the different strategies each one should use and how they are different from each other. I hope this episode helps you understand, lean in, and align to your human design type.

This episode of The Wealthy Woman Podcast is very special because I am bringing on my friend, Joelle Suess, host of the Living in Sync Podcast & my podcast producer to talk about how business and life got easier after understanding her human design. When I got into human design this year I asked Joelle if I could look at her chart and study it as I was learning. She is a generator with a lot of defined centers. We talk about the importance of her avoiding burnout, “waiting to respond” being her strategy, being an emotional authority, and detaching her worth from the work she does. We have talked back and forth now for months about this and today she is going to share with you what it feels like to work in true alignment.
I want this episode to be an example of what it is like to be in alignment with your specific human design and see how it affects your life and business.

This podcast episode of The Wealthy Woman I want to share a topic that's been on my mind lately - the subconscious belief of struggle and its role in our journey to success and wealth. As someone that was born into a wonderful family, many would say “privileged,” because I have not experienced a lot of underdog experiences that our society is obsessed with.
As you listen to this episode I want you to open your mind to thinking about is there anything in your life where you are creating unnecessary struggle?
Really sit in some deep reflection on this because it is a really subconscious belief. It might be deep, but It's like those deep inner core layers of the onion uncovering one layer at a time. It's not going to be one that's necessarily at the surface level that's easy to access. When you are looking at your relationship with struggle, think about how you think about people that you don't feel like have necessarily gone through struggle or had to go through struggle?

In the online entrepreneurship space, there's an unrealistic portrayal of income and I want to talk about it in this episode of The Wealthy Woman Podcast. We're led to believe that it's a constant upward trajectory, but that's far from the truth. I used to be afraid to talk about income dips, fearing it would make me seem less successful and deter potential clients. But I've come to realize that experiencing an income dip actually makes me a better mentor.
In this episode, I want to emphasize the importance of normalizing income dips and not attaching negative meanings to them. As an entrepreneur thats in it for the long haul I hope this episode helps you change your view of income when income dips to seeing these dips as indicators for potential adjustments and to use them as opportunities for inner healing and realignment.
This episode is one that is NEEDED in the online business and coaching space so if you enjoyed this or know someone that needs to hear it, send this to a friend!

In this behind the scenes episode I am excited to share some of the things I am really loving and just some great things that I want to tell you about! I think the reason I really enjoy these episodes is because it gives you a glimpse into who I am outside of business, outside of money, mindset, and human design which are the three things that we really are focusing on in this podcast.
Since I have taken a step back from social media a lot of the stuff that I share here in the behind the scenes episodes, I'm not sharing on Instagram, so if I didn't share it here, you wouldn't get it anywhere. And I just think that it's an opportunity for us to connect on a deeper level. Creating really deep relationships is a huge part of my human design, it is a gift of mine, it is part of my purpose here on earth. And so anything that can help me do that is something that I like to lean into.

This episode is a special guest conversation with my former client Erica Gregory. In 2021 Erica and I worked together in 1:1 Mentorship, episode 95 highlights her “Burnout to 6 Figures” success story which is my most downloaded episode, it explains how our work together brought growth in herself and her income. How great is it to circle back to Erica and I’s conversation now, because being in business comes with seasons and we talk about why mindset work, mentorship, and leaning into growth as a business owner is so important.
2022 & 2023 brought both Erica and I to self discovery and challenges causing us to pivot, question, and change directions. We have a great conversation about navigating the ups and downs of being an entrepreneur that most people don’t talk about!

As mani-gens we are meant to quantum leap. We are meant to move quickly. We're meant to be doing a lot. We have the energy of a manifester and the energy of a generator, which means we have the energy to initiate and get things started while having the energy to see things through to the end.
This episode specifically is going to cover the importance of following one's strategy & authority, trusting intuition, and letting go of control. I want you to see this multi passionate side of yourself as a gift and give you permission to never “niche-down.”

"When we create stipulations around what we desire flowing to us, what we're actually doing oftentimes is we're creating a whole heck of a lot of resistance and we are slowing down our manifestations from making their way to us."
Welcome back to the Wealthy Woman podcast! I am so excited for the topic of today's episode because we're going to be talking about something that sneakily may be blocking you from creating more money. Oftentimes we receive money in a different way than we want it to come in, when the money comes in we discredit it because it is not from the way we wanted, but here is the thing money can flow to you in limitless ways and discounting it is only going to bring in more lack.
Are you unconsciously discounting how money is currently coming in and creating stipulations for how the desired money needs to come in?

In this episode of the Wealthy Women Podcast, host Lauren Francios discusses the unconventional approach to making more money in business and/or career. You might think its like what everyone else is saying… mindset and strategy, right?!? Those two things are important, but NOPE it is not those things!
So what is it? What should you focus on if you want to make more money?
Lauren emphasizes the importance of shifting the focus from solely making money to becoming really good at something. Lauren shares her personal journey of getting caught up in the pressure to make more money and losing sight of her original purpose. She highlights the toxic traits she has observed in the coaching industry and the importance of mindset and personal growth.
