    We delve into how Tracey, once unsure of her abilities and constantly second-guessing herself, managed to break free from her limiting beliefs. Her journey began when she worked at a Juice Bar and then transitioned to a Sales Consultant role at the gym I managed. It was here that she became one of my first life coaching clients.

    Tracey opens up about her past, her battles with self-worth, and how she found herself in a cycle of unfulfilling relationships. Through our coaching sessions, she started to see her potential and took bold steps towards personal growth. From hosting dinner parties and creating a vision board to driving after a 20-year hiatus and travelling overseas, Tracey achieved what once seemed impossible.

    However, her story doesn’t end there. Tracey made a bold move to Western Australia, leaving behind her support network in New South Wales. She built a new life, bought a home, established a career, and created a new circle of friends. Despite these successes, she faced a severe health crisis due to an unhealthy relationship with alcohol. Confronted with a life-threatening diagnosis, Tracey found the strength to turn her life around completely.

    I discuss the fascinating realm of subconscious reprogramming and its profound impact on our behaviours. We explores how ingrained beliefs shape our actions and how understanding this process can lead to transformative change.

    Understanding the Subconscious, it's Role and How to Reprogram It!

    Our subconscious mind holds deeply rooted beliefs and patterns formed from past experiences, upbringing, and societal conditioning. These beliefs often dictate our behaviours, even without our conscious awareness, leading to repetitive patterns and outcomes in our lives. These repeated behaviours are reinforced by underlying beliefs and perceptions stored in the subconscious - whose primary job is SURVIVAL. Even if these behaviours no longer serve us or align with our conscious desires, they persist until we address and rewire the underlying beliefs driving them.

    Here I explain a simple 3-step formula for reprogramming the subconscious and regaining control. Learn these 3 steps, implement them and most importantly REPEAT them until the new belief is ingrained. This will ensure your actions align with your desires!

    Subconscious reprogramming offers a powerful path to breaking free from the cycle of repetitive behaviours and transforming our lives. By understanding the role of beliefs in shaping behaviours and employing effective reprogramming techniques, we can rewrite our internal scripts and create a life aligned with our true desires and aspirations.

Overwhelm - caused by stressors that are perceived as greater than our coping abilities - is something everyone experiences at one point or another. It also is not confined to any one area of your life. In today's episode, we're diving deep into the topic of overwhelm—specifically, how to beat it at its own game and regain control of your life.

    Understanding the Overwhelm Block:

    It's not uncommon to find ourselves stuck before even starting something new, and more often than not, overwhelm is the culprit. In this episode, we'll explore the definition of overwhelm, where the perceived stress outweighs our coping abilities, becoming a barrier to progress.

    Breaking it Down:

    The first step in overcoming overwhelm is to identify what is causing it. We'll discuss the importance of awareness, recognising signs, and acknowledging feelings as crucial elements in this process. By distilling overwhelming situations, we can gain a clearer perspective on the entire picture.

    Everyone has a story and we all tell stories. In fact, stories are a form of self-talk. They are how we make sense of the world around us and our life.

    We tell stories about who we are, what we do, about our childhood, about our relationships, work, travels – literally EVERYTHING.

    Stories are great if they support you and your vision. However, in most cases, the stories we tell – spoken and unspoken – are reactive and emotionally driven, usually not in the most positive light.

    Shift your focus from the end goal to the feelings it will bring. Feel those emotions now, and watch the magic unfold. By experiencing the desired emotions in the present, you attract what you want more rapidly. It's not just about achieving the goal; it's about living the desired feelings daily.

    Your subconscious plays a crucial role in your success. Reprogram it by emphasizing positive suggestions daily. Affirm what you want consistently, changing ingrained programming that may hold you back. This step is critical—repeat positive affirmations to transform your subconscious and align it with your goals.
