I dunno about you, but no one gave me the parenting manual I DESPERATELY need. This podcast is for all the parents who want real answers to questions like, “why the F won’t my three-year-old eat dinner,” and “can they survive on goldfish crackers alone?” I also bring on guests to learn from and connect with on all the things we go through as parents, so none of us has to feel alone. I’m Kacie Barnes, Registered Dietitian, mom of two, and creator of the popular kids nutrition Instagram account, @mamaknowsnutrition. You can always count on me to keep it real, non-judgmental, and to never take myself too seriously!

When we trust in our body's beautiful wisdom, we can see our struggles with food, family feeding, and body image in a new light. The Feeding Humans podcast dives deep into what it means to be human—our complexities and flaws, our elegant physiology, our absolute uniqueness, our rich lived experiences. All these shape the way we relate to food. And because our little ones are human too, our family feeding challenges suddenly make a lot more sense. This podcast will help you find peace with yourself, parent with confidence, and raise confident kids who trust their bodies. These conversations are based on a firm belief that bodies are good. All bodies, of all sizes, shapes, colors, and abilities. Topic areas include child development, picky eating, extreme feeding challenges, eating disorders, body image concerns, and intuitive eating to help you understand how the human body longs not to be our enemy, but our partner. And from there, we can intuitively care for ourselves and nourish our loved ones in a joyful, connecting way.

We share one woman's pregnancy journey over 40, birth and postpartum every Monday. We laugh, cry, share a little TMI and openly talk about the ones we lost. Our mission is to help women trying to conceive believe pregnancy is possible after 40. We also celebrate and support women who are pregnant through all four trimesters and beyond. Not only is pregnancy is possible over 40, it can also be amazing! It's not too late, and we are not too old!
It's just your podcast host Jamie Massey talking to one woman about her experience and her opinions with her pregnancy over 40. While we do share what doctors have told us and medical stuff, this isn't a show for medical advise.
