Ted Sutton is a licensed attorney and the son of Garrett Sutton. He was born and raised in Reno, NV. He graduated from the University of Utah with a B.S. in Mining Engineering. During one of his summers, he spent three months working at a mine in Chile. This experience made him realize that legal matters interested him more than engineering ones. After graduating in 2018, he decided to attend law school the following year.
Ted attended the University of Wyoming College of Law. In his third year, he served as the Student Director of the Business Entrepreneurship Practicum, where he helped clients form and maintain LLCs. He graduated in May 2022. Ted is now licensed to practice law in Wyoming and Nevada.

Brock has been in real estate since high school. It started at the foreclosure auctions at the courthouse steps in Memphis, TN, and is currently still going strong with the “Build 2 Rent” trend in Florida. Brock has done over 1000 real estate transactions worth over $250m. These deals have been in the form of wholesales, flips, new builds, custom homes, vacant land deals - you name it, Brock has done it.
Now, at only 31 years old and already with 13 years of experience under his belt, Brock Holliman owns and helps operate his three companies, Brock 1, Holliman Capital Group, and My New Rental all cater to real estate investors. In addition, Brock also owns over $45m worth of “Build 2 Rent” real estate that his construction company built.
