In this crossover from Doubters/Believers Alliance, Brien gives a talk about the merging of different religious understandings. Often times when Christians talk about their religion, they forget to realize or understand that their faith is blended together by numerous other religions that pre-dates it. This talk dives into how the early writers of the Bible were influenced by other religions and philosophical ideas. Christianity is just another religion among many that claim they are the one true religion. Enjoy!

In this very personal talk from Brien from Doubters/Believers Alliance is a very deep one. On November 21, 2021, I lost my brother-in-law. This talk about, "We Do Not Understand," is a flow of thought that is a gut punch of just how we as Christians and just humans in general really have no idea why things happen the way they do. This is a real and raw and honest talk. (Recorded on November 28th, 2021).

In this episode from Doubters/Believers Alliance, Brien gives a deep dive into why we deconstruct. Deconstruction is a hot-button word these days especially in the ex-vangelical world. Brien gives us reasons and examples on how we are given permission actually in scripture to actually deconstruct our faulty thinking. Brien also makes the point that deconstruction is not meant to be a life-long place where one is fixated at, it is supposed to be place where we critically engage and try to reconstruct our new way of thinking.
