This week I am joined by the Gorgeous Roberta.
You might know Roberta from her Tik Tok where she shares all things beauty, skin and hair but she is so much more than that.
Roberta is a woman full of substance who is also studying to become a lawyer in UCC.
Her story begins when she moved from Lithuania to Ireland at 10 years old. We talk about how difficult it was coming to Ireland with no English, trying to learn how to survive in this new culture and being labelled “foreigners”. This experience forced her to grow up and take on adult responsibilities at a very young age which moulded her into the formidable and strong woman she is today.
We talk about her fat transfer surgery where she had fat removed from her back, hips, thighs and put in her boobs. Here she shares all the details, her story and we talk about peoples attitudes to surgery.
We then talk all things money. How much money does she make from a post? How does everything work?
We have plenty of girlie chats in-between about boys, relationships, love life, advice, have brands every tried to take advantage of her and manifestation :)
I loved this chat and I think ye will too!
Enjoy!

It's not very often that you meet someone who absolutely knocks you on your arse with their story.
For me recently that person was Clodagh Cahill.
Clodagh's story is a heart shattering one but also a truly inspiring one. She has endured more pain in her short life than most could ever comprehend however if you met her today you would never even suspect it. She is an absolute powerhouse of a woman who has taken every hardship in her stride in the pursuit of a happier life and has accomplished serious goals!
Myself and Clodagh were chatting for 4 hours (She has so much wisdom to share I'd have easily spoken to her for another 10 hours!) but for part one I wanted to focus on her relationship with her mother mainly.
Her mother was an alcoholic and I think Clodagh speaking about this will really help and resonate with many Irish people who also have someone close to them who is an addict.
We also touch on Clodaghs suicide attempts and her own mothers suicide.
All I can say is if you do one thing today, give the time to listening to her story. There are heartbreaking bits but also Clodagh shares how she has turned her mindset around. I feel like I have learned tons after talking to her and I think you will too.
She is unbelievably resilient and I admire her to no end.

Hey Everyone :)
For this weeks podcast I have Eoin Sheehan in the hot seat. I've known Eoin for years and have loved watching his entrepreneur journey from the beginning.
Eoin started off as a lad who had plans to play rugby professionally but life took him down another road when he began to lose weight (he was 100kg!) and he found himself hating his college course. He began body building as a sport when people didn't really know what it was yet in Ireland. His obsession with food and fitness found him accidentally starting a meal prep company and the rest is history. Now Eoin is on national television every month on the 6'oclock show cooking for celebrities as one of their resident chefs, has a thriving meal prep business, has e-books and runs tons of cooking events.
A young Fella chasing his dreams all sounds amazing but the reality of Eoins journey has also come with massive sacrifices, hard work and emotional breakdowns. Eoin gets very honest and raw about what the life of a young Entrepreneur actually looks like and gives some great advice!
It was a pleasure having Eoin on and I think there is allot to be learned from listening!

On this weeks episode I have the fabulous Niamh Webb O'Rourke.
We talk about some serious topics but in a very light hearted and fun way. All while giving helpful advice.
Niamh is a fashion content creator who is known for her ultra creative and colourful style, However she was not always like this.
Niamh used to be the type of girl who completely hid what made her unique in order to fit it and be accepted. Her people pleasing and fear of abondonment used to really hold her back in life until she started to find her way. Now she is couldn't be further away from the type of person who dilutes themselves down in order to be digestable. She shares her story to help any other people pleasers out there.
Then Niamh speaks incredibly open and frank about her Mental Breakdowns later in life and the fact that she is now currently (And plans to for the rest of her life) to be on a mood regulation medication. This is a very taboo topic even, within the mental health space, and there are allot of misconceptions and scepticism around the taking of medication. Niamh talks about her experiences and I think this will really help anyone who is in the same boat or just wants to understand more about it!

I had the absolute pleasure of having the Powerhouse that is Tracey Collopy on the podcast for this episode.
This episode tackles some important areas but also has lots of giggles!
Tracey is only 23 and already has a thriving Personal Training business, a huge social media following and is an advocate for Therapy. I really wanted discover what helped make Tracey into the woman that she is today and to do that we went all the way back to school!
We both shared our stories of being bullied, the leaving cert and how we think people can turn a negative experiences into becoming a better, stronger person. From that we touched on what Therapy has done for us which includes how it has helped Tracey find her purpose! This is how we get talking about sex and relationships. We were both a little vulnerable, open and touched on some important points!
