This podcast reflects what happened at the first ever Marches Real Food and Farming conference, which took place in September 2023.
Organised by the Shropshire Good Food Partnership, the aim was to bring together local and national scientists, farmers, growers and chefs in a diverse and exciting programme focused on creating a regenerative, and future proof, food and farming system in the region and further afield. In this podcast, you'll hear from some of the speakers involved in the conference and those who attended.

Sara Grady of British Pasture Leather - ‘We are producing leather from the hides of cattle raised on regenerative farms and offering that material to brands and designers. We are very much in the position of educating them about the real truth about material and the fact that leather originates on farms and comes essentially from our food system.’
