Creating art isn’t a ready overnight kind of process.
Creating art means allowing for time to develop your artistic voice, to allow experimentation, and exploration, and to allow for time to reflect and explore the vibration of your creative work.
Over the past five years, I pulled back out of the public eye, to allow for time to create and explore. To give myself the freedom to develop my artistic voice on a deeper, more intense level.
Today I’ll invite you to join me in a vulnerable reflection on that time and the challenge I faced feeling the need for time and the creative ambition pushing me forward, two very contrary needs that pushed and pulled.

When we strive for something big like building a creative business, or becoming who were truly meant to be, we’re surfing on a pink cloud for a while.
However there comes a moment when we’ve turned over too many rocks, faced too many new possibilities, failed a couple of times, and had a glimpse of what could be that we’re crumbling.
Things get overwhelming, emotional, scary, exciting, beautiful all at the same time. This is the moment in coaching we describe as the in-between, it’s a challenging phase that requires letting go of the past and letting come of the new.

I know it can be hard to figure out, so here are a few step-by-step instructions on how to leave an iTunes rating or review for the sparkling creative Podcast from your iPhone or iPad.
1. Launch Apple’s Podcast app.
2. Tap the Search tab.
3. Enter the name of the podcast you want to rate or review.
4. Tap the blue Search key at the bottom right.
5. Tap the album art for the podcast.
6. Tap the Reviews tab.
7. Tap Write a Review at the bottom.
8. Enter your iTunes password to log in.
9. Tap the Stars to leave a rating.
10. Enter the title text and content to leave a review.
11. Tap Send.
