Katherine grew up in a law enforcement family, where her dad worked as LT of SVU for the Philadelphia Police Department. Growing up, Katherine didn’t completely grasp the gravity of her dad’s job. As she grew, she not only recognized how her father was always there for her family, but grew an understanding of the lifestyle and risks that come with being in law enforcement. The impacts personally felt from the riots of 2020 led Katherine to discover her mission to provide tools and resources to law enforcement and their families to promote support, connection, and their shared community.

By teaching the skills with the strategy of reducing reliance on the system as quickly as possible. She "got out" in 18 months, and her students are doing it in less than 12.
Preserving, growing, cooking from scratch, foraging, natural remedies/home herbalism, DIY products + projects, and income. Steph helps SIMPLIFY + bring the FUN back into homesteading. Passing on the skills to our kids so they won't be lost again.
Steph teaches what she has learned in order to empower others with the skills that will benefit and change generations.

In this week's solo episode I share some details from my most recent travels and my biggest life lesson.
If there is one thing that travel has always shown me, it is that we are all ONE, no matter where we are in the world. There is this knowing that we are all connected, simply by the fact that we are living, breathing humans. And although this trip reminded me of this, that was not the life lesson.
Remember that you are only ever responsible for the energy that you exude in the world and you are not responsible for anyone else's happiness or life experience.
I hope this week's solo episode leaves you with a sense of personal growth and reflection.
Of course, you do not have to travel to far away lands to grow personally or to reflect, you can do this on a daily basis. Use my experience to view you own experiences with a fresh perspective, finding lessons and insights even in unexpected places.
