THE Tory leadership election has roared into action before the PM has even resigned - with frontrunner Kemi Badenoch SAVAGED by a leading Boris Johnson ally.
The polls are still yet to even open but former MP Nadine Dorries has already torn into Business Secretary Kemi Badenoch and said she would "continue the chaos" of Rishi Sunak.
The business secretary is seen as a frontrunner to succeed Rishi Sunak if the Tories are wiped out at the ballot boxes tomorrow.

AN ex-postmistress launched a blistering attack on bumbling Sir Ed Davey - demanding the Lib Dem leader quit over his 'whitewashing' of the Post Office scandal.
Yvonne Tracey declared bumbling Sir Ed’s bungee jumping stunts were “trying to take the limelight away from the Post Office” because “he doesn’t want to be quizzed.”
Sir Ed, 58, was postal affairs minister in the coalition government while dozens of postmasters were wrongly convicted of false accounting because of glitches in the dodgy Horizon computer system.

Professor Matthew Goodwin said illegal Channel crossings are a “serious issue” for voters because some go on to commit vile offences.

It's bonkers that Nigel Farage thinks he's more in touch with Brits than Rishi Sunak, a senior Tory blasted today.
Sir David Davis, who is fighting his eleventh general election, insisted that Reform isn't having major cut through with voters - and public school boy Mr Farage is in no place to attack the PM's background.
The ex-Brexit Secretary also claimed that the Tories still have time to turn around dismal polling around.

Rishi Sunak fleeing early from D-Day was branded a “significant mistake” by his own Veterans’ Minister this morning.
Johnny Mercer refused to say the Tories would win the election as he conceded the PM jetting home was a major “mistake”, adding: “You can imagine how I felt as Veterans’ Affairs minister when this happened.”

A secret army of school-gate mums could swing the election for whichever party wakes up to the damage smartphones are inflicting on kids, actress Sophie Winkleman declared today.
The Peep Show star said the hot-button issue was being sidelined by both Rishi Sunak and Sir Keir Starmer despite it being a proper “vote-winner”.
Speaking on Never Mind The Ballots, the campaigner said: “I think they're quite ignored and they’re much more powerful than politicians’ realise and they’re going to have a big old say in this. It could be a big vote winner.”
A recent poll found 77 per cent of primary school parents want ministers to introduce a flat-out ban for under-16s on smartphones.
Winkleman also warned the Online Safety Act did not go nearly far enough on clamping down on social media companies.

Rishi Sunak nailed the first TV debate with crucial 2019 voters when talking tough on immigration, pensions and national service, exclusive polling reveals today.
The survey for our Never Mind the Ballots show found the PM won the bout 60 to 33 among the “winnable” Brits who gave Boris Johnson his election landslide five years ago.
But he was 20 points down across the population as a whole - 53 to 33 - in the telly clash, mirroring his standing in the wider national opinion polls.
In other snap polls taken on the debate, Mr Sunak won one overall and Sir Keir the other.
Our polling shows Mr Sunak’s “aggressive” performance in the first head-to-head hosted by ITV on Tuesday evening appeared to have paid off with his base - as well as the wider public.
