Forgiveness isn’t for the other person, it’s about healing and moving past the hurt you didn’t deserve. I talk about my experience in healing my SA trauma, and forgiving those who hurt me.
This week’s challenge:
Write a letter to a person who hurt you. Let out all the anger and resentment you’ve been carrying. Get real with it, then burn it (remember safety is sexy 😉) .

This week’s challenge:1.Explore Your Interests: This week I challenge you to try a something new. What’s an activity you’ve been wanting to try, but keep putting off because your scared or don’t want to be embarrassed?
2. Seek Feedback: Ask trusted friends or mentors for input on your strengths and areas for growth.
3. Embrace Vulnerability: Allow yourself to be authentic and vulnerable in expressing your true thoughts and emotions.
