Noura Bishay, CEO
Noura has literary changed the map of Egypt, with a portfolio of over 100 projects in San Diego and Egypt throughout her professional career. She received her Masterâs Degree in Architecture from the NewSchool of Architecture and Design. There, her thesis study âThe Green Networkâ focused on the Park-to-Bay Project, which received the SDAPA Academic Award. Noura combines compassion with art to design and create spaces that matter. Her passion to add walkable parks in San Diego's Park-Poor and low-income neighborhoods to alleviate poverty distinguish her.
The community nominated Noura for the 2019 Inclusive and Diverse Leadership in Action Award. Noura chose the Kroc Schoolâs Masterâs in Social Innovation to continue her education. She is a winner for the Changemaker's Challenge most original idea âThe Blink Projectâ.

Electrical Technician Training ProgramThe Electrician Training Program provides students with the knowledge, skills, and hands-on training that they need to begin a rewarding career as an electrician. The program teaches students how to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial applications.
The great thing about the program is that it can be completed, and students can earn their diploma in as few as 10 months, placing them on the fast track to becoming entry-level electrician technicians.
Students are taught electrical wiring by working on skill-building stations in on-site labs at UEI College. Upon graduation from the program, students should be able to install wiring in new buildings and maintain and repair existing electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
The program is hybrid, meaning it combines both online learning and in-classroom and lab training, making it easier than ever before for students to graduate from the program.
So, if youâre interested in becoming an electrician technician, consider enrolling in UEIâs Electrician Technician program; the program can be completed and a diploma earned in less than a year, providing you with the skills and hands-on training that you need to become an entry-level electrician technician.
Skills You Will LearnThe program is designed to provide students with a foundation for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
The program starts out by introducing students to basic safety precautions that electricians must take in construction and work sites. The program then proceeds to instruct students on electrical theory, covering the fundamentals of energy, transformers, capacitors, and power generation.
The program also covers flexible conduits and flexible cable assemblies, and NEC code requirements. Furthermore, the electrician course covers residential and commercial applications, introducing students to load calculations, lighting outlets, grounding, bonding, and three-phase electrical distribution systems.
The classes also include instruction on low voltage applications, motors, programmable logic controllers, and the fundamentals of solar panels.

In 2019, Christian and his wife Lindsey took over all operations of Peerless Plumbing Company and Nudrain Phoenix.
