After more than three years of dreaming, failing, learning, and coming back stronger... this is it.
Walk with me through the final miles of Cocodona 250. The hardest steps of the entire race, but also the most powerful. My mum joins me for the final 10 km as my pacer, giving me exactly the boost I needed before the last climb up Mt. Elden.
You'll hear the raw emotion as I step onto the final alley, see the finish line I've imagined for years, and finally let it all sink in. No filters, no edits, just the real moment.
Next stop: Greece for our first-ever runcation, followed by a five-day journey running the Tour du Mont Blanc. We can't wait to bring you along and share those adventures and stories with you.
Thanks for being part of this journey. See you on the trails.

Today's episode is a spicy one. š¶ļø
We go from the 200 km mark in Jerome all the way to 300 km in Munds Park.
From sharing miles with my dad, to cooling down a little family drama, to a moment where I genuinely didn't feel safe and had to work through that fear.
We also run through the magic of Sedona, where I finally made peace with the place I DNF'd last year... before stepping into completely unknown territory. Everything beyond that point was further than I'd ever run before.
As always, nothing is filtered. The highs, the lows, the funny moments, the crew chaos, the emotions, and all the lessons from both my perspective and the sidelines.
If you're curious about what really happens during a 250-mile race, this episode is for you.
š§ Go have a listen, and let me know which part surprised you the most.

In today's episode, we continue our Cocodona 250 journey, leaving Whiskey Row behind and heading toward Jerome, taking us from 120 km to nearly 200 km into the race.
Along the way, Andy experiences his very first night on the trails and only the second time in his life going beyond 40 km. We share the highs, the lows, and the lessons that come when the adventure gets real.
Later, one of the most special moments of the race unfolds as I get the chance to share miles with my dad, turning an already unforgettable adventure into a memory I'll carry forever.
This is where Cocodona starts to test us and where the story gets even better.

Three years.
That's how long Cocodona250 has lived in my head before I finally stood on the start line of what I consider the race of a lifetime.
In this episode, I share how the dream of running 250 miles across Arizona first started, the training behind it, the heartbreak of my DNF in 2025, and what it felt like returning one year later to face the same challenge again.
More importantly, I break down the lessons that failure taught me, what I changed in my preparation, and the mindset shifts that helped me come back stronger, wiser, and ready for another round.
If Cocodona250 is on your bucket list or if you're chasing a dream that once broke your heart this episode is for you.
Plus, I'm sharing some of my biggest tips and insights from the first sections of this brutal race, including pacing, foot care, nutrition, and the mistakes that can end your race before it really begins.
Grab a notebook.
Take notes.
And come join me at the start line of one of the toughest and most beautiful adventures in ultrarunning.
šļø In this episode:⢠Why Cocodona250 became my dream race⢠The story behind my first attempt and DNF⢠What I changed one year later⢠How I trained for 250 miles⢠Mindset lessons from failure and redemption⢠Key strategies for surviving the early sections of the course⢠The biggest mistakes first-time runners make⢠Why coming back after failure is sometimes the real victory
Because sometimes the dream isn't crossing the finish line.
Sometimes the dream is becoming the person brave enough to return.

In this emotional episode, Tania opens up about the real reason behind taking on Cocodona250, how what many saw as the finish line (completing the 5 deserts) was actually just the beginning. Those deserts? They were her training camps for something bigger: the ultimate test of mind, body, and spirit.
We dive into the heart of why she sets herself massive challenges, how life led her to this very moment, and what it felt like to stand at the start line of the scariest thing sheās ever done. The nerves, the weight of it all, the voice inside saying, āCan I really do this?ā
This is not just a story about racing, it's about becoming.
š§ Come walk with us through fear, fire, and fierce self-belief. Tune in now to The Ultra Happy Podcast.
