As I prepare to head out to North Carolina in a couple weeks to MC the Barbara O’Neill event, “Sustain Me”, we see the Carolinas targeted once again with weather warfare, this time in the form of ‘winter wildfires’. I break this all down today and end with solutions. Creator seems to be sending me to the Carolinas for a purpose greater than this event and I’m happy to play my role.

Had a fantastic time wearing many hats and taking on many roles at this year’s Anarchapulco! I MC’d the main stage on Tuesday, facilitated a terrain health workshop, was featured on 2 panels, DJ’d the closing party, helped with some production and held space wherever I could. 💪
We had a nice crew of Alfa Vedic and Music & Sky folks there this year which made it extra fun. It was so empowering to see all of these beautiful souls growing and thriving on their individual paths of freedom. I especially loved hanging out with the usual suspects including Kaufman, Barnett & Falconer and it was great having my Music & Sky partner, Matt along for the ride with me. I’m truly blessed to call these bright souls my friends and I am excited for the new bonds I made over the week.

Hey guys!
Apologies for the radio silence! For the last week, I’ve been away down south in Mexico at the 11th annual Anarchapulco conference. It was another great year full of new insights, rich connections and lots of laughs. My workshop went great and I am still recovering from last night’s DJ set :)
While I love the event for all it offers, my very favorite thing about heading out to Mexico is to hang with all the bright speakers at ‘the table’ on the beach-side patio of our hotel. The conversations are super deep and tend to go in places that are quite unique and glorious so I thought I would hit record for y’all to experience for yourself! Hopefully this 90mins can make up a bit for my recent absence on here!
Featured in this recording are myself, Dr. Andrew Kaufman, Christof Melchizedek & Steve Falconer. These guys are not only some of the brightest minds I know but truly awesome men doing The Work. We touch on a lot of important topics from the nature of consciousness, AI, currency, the ‘other realms’ and so much more. I hope you enjoy this recording as much as I enjoyed recording it! x

As a follow-up to yesterday’s satire, I get a little more serious by contemplating the meaning of suffering and the role it plays in all of our lives here. I’m sure there are some deep Eastern spiritual quotes I can put in this post here but for now, we’ll just stick to the whimsical words of Sylvester… “sufferin’ succotash!”

To finish this little trilogy on energy medicine I focus back on one of my favorite books and thinkers of the 20th century, H.W. Percival and Thinking & Destiny. Here we dive back into the spirit science around the nature of thoughts and how they influence this world, our bodies and the overall progression of consciousness. Within this framework we discuss the true nature of dis-ease, healing and the final cure.
Some of the terms used in this may be a bit ‘out there’ or challenging for some listeners but I ask that you look beyond the terms and just try to glean the essence of the teaching here as I feel there is a ton of practical implications for our daily lives embedded in it.
