This week we are joined by Aaron Dunne. Aarons story was honestly so incredible to listen to. From dealing with alcoholism from a very early age to then developing a drug addiction and even after a suicide attempt he continued to battle to create the life he wanted. He is now 20 years sober and and happily married with children and has some great advice for younger people who might feel in similar situations.

Shane called up to help me and as our conversations normally spiral into Shane’s interesting in-lighting life changing views ( including I think he diagnosed my kidney issue live on air ) and me just taking shite , we felt it would be a waist not to record it .
So enjoy because I certainly did… even if I was dieing.

This week I am joined by Brendan Guinan, the man with the purest meat. Brendan tells us great stories of how he started his own transport company and what came with it, to then leaving that behind to building his own self sustaining farm. What Brendan is currently doing with his farm is a model that could be adapted to most farms and is so interesting it nearly had us convinced to go buy our plots. Listen and enjoy and you can find the link to Brendans website below.

We talk all things, cars, trucks, Mollys rise on social media, what it’s like being a female influencer and so much more. This one was really good fun and you will love it…
