Season Three of This Must Be the Place kicks off with a bang. The season will be broken into three themes, with six episodes per theme, and the first episode of each theme will start with an essay by Shawna and a guest to add their perspective on the theme. Of course thereâs going to be overlap because yes, always, unavoidably, everythingâs connected and all of the guests pull the threads together in different ways. The first theme of Season Three is how we got here, laying out some history and context for building science and high performance housing in Canada. The second theme revolves around what we need to do to get out of our own way, because, well, weâre kind of stuck and we need to change fast, and the third theme is focused on inspiration, the disruptors, the people who are bringing change, and the future of building science and the residential construction industry.
