This week on Trans & Transparent, we start things off with a chaotic night out story before getting into a conversation about packing, tucking, dysphoria and whether any of this is actually supposed to be as uncomfortable as people make it seem. We talk about our own experiences, how to get into packing and tucking in the first place, the trial-and-error that comes with it, and the stuff nobody really explains to you when you’re figuring it out.

In this episode, we sit down and react to some of our old YouTube videos from before we transitioned. Watching these clips brought up a lot of feelings. We laughed at the awkward moments, cringed at some of our choices, and got emotional seeing how far we have both come. It turned into a really honest conversation about who we were back then, how we saw ourselves, and what it feels like to look back at a version of yourself that was still figuring everything out.

This week on Trans & Transparent, we read an email Benji got from a trans man who shares how the lotus position has worked for him, which leads us into a broader conversation about sex and figuring out what actually feels good in your own body.
We also talk more generally about sex, expectations, and the different ways people experience intimacy, plus Benji shares what it was like going to couples therapy for the first time and what he took away from it.

This week, we’re getting into all the noise around the new Harry Potter series and why we’re not buying into it. We talk about the baggage that comes with the franchise, how it affects trans people and the wider queer community, and why choosing not to watch is actually a valid (and sometimes important) choice.

After a little break, we’re back and catching up on everything we’ve missed, life updates, chaos, and what it’s like jumping back on the apps.
In this episode of Trans and Transparent, we go through Hunter’s Grindr messages… and yes, the chasers did not disappoint. From bizarre compliments to major red flags, we read and react to some truly unhinged conversations.
It’s funny, uncomfortable, and a real look at how trans people get fetishized online. Grab a drink cause this one gets messy.

In this episode of Trans & Transparent, we talk honestly about what it feels like when dysphoria becomes overwhelming. Sometimes it sits quietly in the background, but other times it can feel suffocating and impact confidence, self-perception, and everyday life.
We share personal experiences, how dysphoria shows up for us, and the ways we try to cope when it feels heavy.
We also share a quick update. After this episode we will be taking a short break while we move studios, but Trans & Transparent will be back soon. Expect episodes to be coming out in April again!

Ever catch yourself thinking you’re “not trans enough” or somehow doing it wrong? That voice might not actually be yours. It might be internalized transphobia.
In this episode of Trans and Transparent, we talk about what that really means, how it shows up in everyday life, and what it takes to start unlearning it. This is an honest conversation about shame, comparison, and finding your way back to yourself.
