Joe shares his experiences of internal resistance, handling it, challenges of eliminating mile long passport queues into a five minute online application, so your passport arrives in hours instead of weeks. He talks about hiring 'writers' to ensure documents and websites were written in plain English to explain public sector services and your rights to the paying public.
