Today, we’ve got Mel Lundholm @metallotuscoach with us—she’s a coach, a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, and a personal trainer. But what really sets Mel apart is her holistic approach—especially when it comes to balancing the mental and physical side of health. She’s all about optimizing for things like core & pelvic floor health within her personal training and making sure the body works as a system, not just a collection of parts.
Mel is a self-proclaimed "self-care rebel." She’s had her own battles with mental health, dealing with anxiety and trichotillomania. Over the past 14 years, she’s gone through a lot of different therapies to manage those anxious tendencies, but it was through strength training and breathwork that she really found something that clicked.
On top of all that, she’s also a marketing manager—so she knows a thing or two about managing the hustle. These days, she works with other self-care rebels —people who want to feel strong, supported, and confident while they manage their own busy lives. Mel’s all about giving people the tools they need to handle their mental and physical energy, so they can show up at their best every day.
