Patricia Ann Veach ////// 941
Part 1 of 1
This month marks fifty seven years since someone killed little Patricia Ann Veach. Patricia was less than a month away from her ninth birthday when she was killed. Two weeks before the murder, she served as a flower girl at her aunt and uncleâs wedding. While Patricia Ann Veachâs murder remains unsolved it will forever be tied to convicted killer Anthony Erthel Williams. Williams was convicted for the abduction murder of ten year old Pamela Powers. Williams proclaimed that the murder of Patricia Ann Veach seven months later was proof that the real killer of Powers was still out there and the little children of Iowa were not safe.

Free Roaming Predator /// Part 2 /// 940
Part 2 of 2
In 2006, the Greenville, South Carolina Police Department announced that they had connected one of their unsolved homicides from 1990 to two unsolved homicides that had occurred hundreds of miles away in Missouri. This meant that investigators were not dealing with isolated, unrelated crimes. They were dealing with a linked series. Events connected by a single source, a single method, a single offender who traveled. Yet, the announcement came with a crucial limitation: they did not know the identity of the killer. But they knew the nature of the threat.

Suspect #1 /// Part 2 /// 936
Part 2 of 2
On January 22, 1993 a man walked into the Maple Leaf Motel and attempted to rob and kill the owner operator. Hamid Jebailey, owner of the Maple Leaf Motel was somehow able to fight off 24 year old Curtis Huff Junior after being shot at and struck with a tire iron repeatedly. Before he could flee the scene, Huff was taken into custody in Kissimmee, Florida. By this time Curtis Huff Junior had already earned his habitual offender status after a series of robberies throughout the Midwest in the late 1980âs. After his arrest at the motel, police detectives began to take a close and hard look at Curtis, his history, and his possible connection to four unsolved homicides -
Ruth Haut - February 26, 1992
Mary Ellen Wise - November 2, 1992
Antonio Zucco - November 20, 1992
Bonnie Goodson - November 30, 1992
Curtis Huff Junior a man who reportedly had a reputation for charm and sudden violence entered a plea to avoid additional robbery charges. He was sentenced to 20 years in prison and was released July 1, 2005. Since then he has remained a suspect in multiple murder cases and has been looked at for possible involvement in the 2006 unsolved homicide of Helen McPherson in Vero Beach. Anyone with information is asked to call the Indian River County Sheriffâs Office 772-569-6700 OR to remain anonymous call Crime Stoppers 1-800-273-8477. Carnival of Lies ////// Part 4
Part 4 of 4
May 25th is National Missing Childrenâs Day. President Ronald Reagan proclaimed May 25, 1983 as the first National Missing Childrenâs Day. He established the annual observance to bring national awareness to child safety and encourage communities to prioritize protection efforts. The date was chosen to mark the sad anniversary of the disappearance of Etan Patz, a six-year-old who vanished from a New York City street corner on May 25, 1979. Twelve years after Etan Patz disappeared and on National Missing Childrenâs Day 1991, a five-year-old boy named Timothy Wiltsey vanished from a Carnival in Sayreville, New Jersey. This week in observance of National Missing Childrenâs Day, we take a look at a case that will never leave the hearts and minds of many. This is the unsolved case of Timothy âTimmyâ Wiltsey. Death Tracks ////// 929
Part 1 of 1
For some strange reason murder does not seem to live far from the train tracks when it comes to True Crime Garage stories. This week we examine an old unsolved murder case from Oklahoma. This was a case that at one time was thought to be a possible link to the Oklahoma Girls Scout Murders that occurred just a couple of months prior, and just one county over. Some suspected the murder could be a continuation of a horrific triple murder on the tracks in Arizona the year before. There were some very good suspects in this case, and some who were living right by the tracks.
