I am so pumped to keep sharing with you what I have been learning and realizing about how our systems like yoga are really designed to help us learn to work with ourselves, take care of our inner environment, and do that emotional healing that's needed in order for us to tap into the true joy, love and peace within. Yoga teaches that in life we can develop patterns of storing experiences and emotions in a way that is now called trauma; we start to learn that our best bet is to learn to be able to work with ourselves, take care of ourselves, become more mindful and apply an energetic and spiritual approach in releasing and resolving these blockages. Finding a way to feel OK inside is what it's all about, and really learning to rewire our m understanding of how this is something we find within versus through manipulating or chasing that from others. π³ This is so exciting in our evolution and understanding of mental health, emotional wellness, and the power that we have is individuals to make these internal changes that can really reshape our lives and relationships. π€©Tune in for more on how this works, reach out if I can help you bring this into your daily life and how you take care of YOU on the inside. πSending lots of love, LJπ

Even as this is at the core of the teachings of yoga and many systems, I've been Trippin on how, as we learn to relax the mind more and yes, that means quiet it, we can really shift and change the direction of our mental health, emotional states, relationships, and lives. As we get into our practices of mindfulness and meditation, we start to witness our neurosis more, and how much we're letting that psyche and our old trauma, emotional and mental patterns and, as yoga calls it, our samskaras drive the bus. π So many of us are operating from not feeling OK on the inside, and trying to fix other people and our lives to change that. I'm loving learning that holistic health and even yoga is about helping us take care of our environment, which also includes looking at how we're using that mind. Learning to relax the mind, and the body, turns out is an absolute power move and power skill in taking care of our health, physically and mentally. I am so excited to share this special episode with you where I take you with me as I receive a cupping therapy session with expert practitioner, Ann Van. She talks me through the treatment and shares some of the potent powers and benefits of this ancient healing technique. Cupping is known to help resolve things like our trauma, and we even get into how such things could help with issues like codependency! What a concept! Mind blown by this session. I am so excited to share my continued studies, realization and practices with how we can shift our awareness and really soothe and heal our emotional pain with the use of our yoga and higher consciousness. I have been learning so much from Michael Singer, teaching about our feelings of not ok-ness a lot of us are experiencing on the inside are a lot about our re-orienting our awareness of who we really are, and how we can feel and find that peace, love and happiness we think we're looking outside for from the inside, at all times. π³π€© It's a total shift in paradigm, and can really transform our personal experience, as well as our relations and relationships with others. I'm excited to share with you what I'm understanding about how all this can work, and how this can really change and save our lives, get us out of our neurosis and help us actually enjoy life more. Today I drop in with what has become some of my expertise: how to actually solve your #chronicpain. After struggling with my own chronic pain for over 10 years, I gravitated towards a method called #Egoscue that I now blend into my #personalizedyogatherapy --that changed everything. π³π€© Truth is, only YOU can solve your chronic pain, when it comes down to it, and it's all about doing the right #corrective #dailyexercises to fix what's causing your pain, in your #posture #structuralalignment and #movementpatterns . πΆThis stuff works incredibly well and quickly, the human body is always ready to change with the right #daily stimulus. We can solve and resolve much of our pain and limitations, but it does involve what we are willing to do each day to fix it. β¨ It's actually quite exciting what is possible and changeable--you wanna learn more listen on. π§ I'm here to help you, Tune You, and we can get out of our chronic pain. It's just about doing something each day it's just right for you. This is part of what I do in creating personalized practices. This one may be tough to swallow for all of us, myself included as being someone who has blocked and canceled people in my own life and experience, so I think. π€ π But, here's the energetic and even spiritual truth: We are all connected, and it is all energy, so I'm seeing that it's not even really possible to cancel people from our experience --and how much this does impact our emotional well-being, energetic patterns, current relationships, physical health and the world. π Let's clean up our act and include forgiveness and reconciliation as part of the alignment and higher consciousness vibe. π«ΆWe can be brave and vulnerable, and bring compassion to ourselves and the world. π It's interesting to embrace how much relationships do matter, and how this aspect is a place we can do our healing, especially with the use of things like for kindness and reconciliation. π May we all move forward with more courage and love, and see that this IS wise, evolved unity consciousness. πIn love, LJ.

Today I'm deep in the mindful awareness and remembering from my days years ago, in psychology, graduate school, of the concept and importance of existentialism. The idea that humans need, and want a sense of meaning in their lives, and often, if we are unhappy or unfulfilled, or even unhealthy it's because this desire for meaning and fulfillment is not being honored in our lives. There's a thing called an existential crisis, which is a heightened moment that we may have a painful awareness of the lack of meaning in our lives, and how this actually feels for us; yet I see the solution is in realizing how important a sense of meaning is in our lives IS and building that in --as well as dedicating ourselves to allowing through our purpose and passions as part of finding that meaning and sense of contribution to the world. Our mental health is highly tied to our sense of meaning, so if you're like me, I think it's time we ask ourselves, am I having an existential crisis? and, loving seeing this as a beautiful thing, and a potent time for awakening in our lives.

Can you guess what it is? π€π§ After over 20 years of teaching yoga and meditation, this one is still the most challenging for me, and I think the most easily forgotten for many of us because it is the hardest "Yoga trick" πͺ of all. β¨β¨Being mindless more. Quieting. Huge magic, pretty challenging. Let's talk about what we've learned from science and spirituality--and why it's so important to utilize this one ...and really how THIS lesson is at the heart of what Yoga is always supposed to be about, whatever form it takes. π I hope this is helpful to you along your journey.
