I really think youâll be surprised by some of the conclusions you come to.

Going out on your own with a business comes with a lot of trial and error. It can be easy to second guess your decision or know when to even take a leap. And if you donât have role models to help you see that itâs possible, that makes it all the more difficult.
In todayâs episode, Iâm chatting with Dr. Caryn Seebach, a health psychologist with a specialization in holistic management of chronic disease.
