Chantelle oversees a large portfolio and team, and is a firm believer in asking questions and gaining insights from those who've done it already. She is a mentor to many & a clear example of a fantastic operator.
This episode was the very first episode we filmed for We Are The Table and it was recorded in May 2026, on a glorious warm Autumn day. Shout out to Chantelle for literally sweating through this episode and helping us navigate recording on a boat for the first time!

In this week's episode of We Are The Table, Sarah sits down in Newcastle with Nicole Kelly, CEO of Presence Real Estate. Presence is one of the longest-standing and leading agencies servicing the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie area. Having previously been the number 1 agency in a franchise network, Presence became independent in 2023 and Nicole took the reigns shortly thereafter but has been with the business for 12 years.
Presence is at the forefront of innovation and Nicole is a vocal proponent for improving the real estate industry as a whole.
