Ep. 80. This week Niamh and Kevin reflect on the month of March, and honestly it was pretty crap for both of them. However they still had a couple of adventures and had some good times. Niamh talks about how everything felt like it was falling apart for her, but this only means better things will start coming together. Dublin has been having some lovely sunny days and Kevin has been living for it! Niamh then goes on to talk about how she's worried what the effects of stress will have on her body in the future. The two siblings come to the conclusion that they both need to re-learn how to relax.

Ep. 79. Kevin and Niamh begin this episode discussing what kind of Irish accent they would like if they had to change their accent. Niamh would like to formally apologise to anyone she may have offended. Both siblings chat about how each of their accents are now a little but different since they have moved away from Cork. Kevin has some exciting travel plans this year and talks about how he has never really been on a sun holiday before. Niamh wishes she took more advantage of how cheap flights can be around Europe. Later on in the episode, Niamh goes on a slight rant about how we should all be allowed enjoy whatever books and authors we want.

Ep. 78. Niamh and Kevin start off this episode talking about how the evenings are starting to get longer in Ireland, while the opposite is happening in New Zealand. However, they quickly realise they are not too sure how the sun and moon work. Is anyone willing to give them a quick lesson? Ep. 77. This week Niamh talks about prepping herself to go camping again for the first time in many years. Kevin has started taking multivitamins to hopefully help him start feeling better. Ep. 75. This week Niamh & Kevin discuss being on opposite sides of the world and how different the weather and seasons are. Ep. 74. The chaos theme is still continuing in both Niamh and Kevin's lives. This really wasn't the plan but it's what they get for bringing back the podcast I guess. Ep. 68. Kevin is still living the chill life in terms of chaos and Niamh has re-entered an era of awkwardness. Both of the siblings have been suffering from hay fever recently and they are not enjoying it. Niamh has made another life change and decided to leave her current job role - a decision she was scared to make but is so so glad she did. Niamh and Kevin have both been having quite chaotic dreams lately, but thankfully there hasn't been too much chaos in their real lives. They both talk about how the month of March was for them. Kevin's came and went and he feels it was pretty insignificant. Niamh had quite a stressful month but she feels a bit more ready for April. She is doing a 30 day challenge this month to try to feel better and get more active as she hasn't been feeling confident in her body at all these past few months. Beyonce came out with a new album which has now taken over Kevins life.

Ep. 63. Things have been pretty calm for Niamh and Kevin lately. The only chaos going on is lots of sneezing and dreams about penguins breaking phones. Niamh has made the decision to begin Mindset Coaching. This is her third form of "therapy" and she talks about how it feels to need external help when it comes to your mental health. Her and Kevin discuss how it's okay to ask for help and that needing external help doesn't mean that you are failing - it just means to can't do it all on your own. This is your sign that it's okay to ask for help. It's okay to need someone else to help you get through the tough times. You are not broken.

Ep. 61. Niamh and Kevin are finally back! They took a bit of a longer break than expected but they are so happy to be back recording together. Kevin had quite the chaotic start to the year however, it hasn't continued that way. He is loving life and enjoying himself at every moment he can. Niamh has been struggling a slight bit. New beginnings have not been everything she hoped, but she's trucking along for the moment.
