  • Welcome to the Wellness Warrior Collective podcast!   • The words we say matter. Our ears hear what our mouths speak. For so long, I walked through life unintentionally, calling in what I didn't want. As a result, my vibration was lower not only because of the food I chose to consume (unknowingly) but also because of the language I chose to use. Many refer to our "Love Languages" as how we enjoy being loved... The Love Language shifts and ideas I share in this episode reference our choice of words. Learning that I have the power to shift my reality and design my future simply by changing how and what I say was one of the most empowering moments in my life, especially because I love to connect through language and conversation.
