When Dr. Aly Cohenâs golden retriever got a very rare autoimmune hepatitis diagnosis 15 years ago, she started to explore environmental toxins and their health impacts. As a practicing rheumatologist, sheâd noticed increasing rates of autoimmune diseases in younger patients with no family history, suggesting environmental factors might be at play. Dr. Cohen (no relation!) became an expert in toxins and now helps us navigate guarding our health against these assaults on our bodies⊠in a positive, doable way! How to Leave a Review on Apple Podcasts on Your iOS Device
1. Open Apple Podcast App (purple app icon that says Podcasts).
2. Go to the icons at the bottom of the screen and choose âsearchâ
3. Search for âWellness While Walkingâ
4. Click on the SHOW, not the episode.
5. Scroll all the way down to âRatings and Reviewsâ section
6. Click on âWrite a Reviewâ (if you donât see that option, click on âSee Allâ first)
7. Then you will be able to rate the show on a five-star scale (5 is highest rating) and write a review!
