We ran a lighthearted poll among 550 Canadians around holiday preferences and practices, including some contentious ones like when and for how long it's okay to have holiday decorations up, and whether Die Hard and Gremlins are holiday movies.

Coming off a heavily-polled provincial election here in Nova Scotia, we figured to not let perfect be enemy of action, so we’re pulling the trigger and putting this first "beta" episode out in the world for you today.
A little bit of context, our firm, MQO, released two polls for yesterday’s election during the writ period, and we were one of seven polling firms to release a poll within a week from election day.
This episode is a bit of an audio journal that I recorded in real-time yesterday, giving my thoughts on the polls and the election results as they came in last night.
