  • You got small so you could learn how powerful you truly are.

Every relationship, every betrayal, every "what was I thinking" moment
it's not punishment. It's a form of modern initiation.

You are not behind. You're being initiated.

You've loved people who didn't love you back the way you deserved. You've stayed longer than you should have. You've given the benefit of the doubt—and then wondered why you did.

In this episode, Danielle shares a personal story—raw, funny, honest—about a dating app exchange that challenged her standards.

What if every relationship that confused you, every situation that blindsided you, every "what was I thinking" moment wasn't punishment—but initiation?

If you've ever questioned your discernment after a hard experience. If you've done the work and still wonder why certain things keep showing up. If you want to know that you can trust yourself again

  • There are people who hold space. And there are people who actually hold space.

Holding space means holding shadow and holding light—and holding yourself while you hold others.

This episode is Danielle's commencement speech to Xchange, a group of teachers and facilitators led by Jon Berghoff. It's a love letter to everyone who gets on stage to lead—virtually or in high heels.

Embracing your fear is your greatest strength. You can't change anybody, but you will change people's lives. Nobody can drain your energy, but you must protect yourself. To bless people is to be blessed.

Listen in for the five contradictions of holding space and the real talk on what it means to own the mic, own the room, and show up as yourself. Plus: why you need to be ready to lead the moment you leave your hotel room, not right before you get on stage.

  • Where the metaphysics meets the physics

Energy follows thought. What you embrace transforms. Like attracts like.

These aren't just spiritual principles. They're provable. And the physics has always backed up the metaphysics.

Whether you need scientific validation or you have a deep cellular knowing that love is a good idea—you are welcome here. This episode is a chapter excerpt from Danielle's new book Bless & Release: The Physics of Letting Go and Wanting What's Meant for You.

Your brain is an electromagnetic organ. And the heart's electromagnetic field is the strongest in the body. It has 40,000 neurons continuously communicating with your brain. Neurons that fire together, wire together.

Danielle reads an excerpt from her new book Bless & Release, pairing the spiritual principles from the Centering Practice with the physics that backs it up. Newton's third law. The first law of thermodynamics. The observer effect. Frequency resonance. Heart-brain coherence.

    With Love,
    Danielle

  • There's a better way to let go.

I feel somewhat urgent about this conversation. I want to save you from the potential harm and grief that cutting cords can create.

You cannot let go of something that you are aggressively trying to let go of. It's like gripping and shaking something that you actually want to put down.

I learned this the hard way during a breakup. I did what I was told: invoke the energy, cut the cords. But the visual I had was all these cords being severed, still dangling off each of us. Raw. Hostile. A little bit violent. I still had healing work to do to integrate those manky tendrils hanging off me.

    It just didn't feel good.

For the majority of our angsty, unpleasant entanglements, cutting cords makes things messier than they need to be.

Here's the physics: What you push away pushes back and grows stronger. What we embrace transforms us. This is blessing and releasing, and it's what makes for a clean exit.

Listen in for some wisdom that I'm throwing down from my new book Bless & Release. And then we're doing the Centering Practice together... Not for someone you've been wanting to cut cords with, but to heal the wounded part of yourself that feels you need to cut cords in the first place.

  • Am I worthy of my desires?

So gross. So harmful. So NOT how the universe works.

Do you feel other people's feelings like it's your job? Overplan for outcomes you know you can't really control? Always future-tripping what could happen, brain won't rest?

To my fellow control freak empaths—I've got you.

The heart, your vastness, your Higher Self, does not ask questions about worthiness. The ego, on the other hand, talks about it non-stop. Am I worthy yet? Am I worthy now? Does this make me worthy?

We can spend years hustling to prove we're worthy of what we long for. Such a racket.

I've got a simple practice to heal the part of you that asks the worthiness question

Listen in for an excerpt from my new book Bless & Release. In this episode, we're unpacking worthiness, then we're doing the Centering Practice together.

  • Winning answer: Not that big

I read an interview with Madonna who said that when people came into her home in LA and they saw her Frida Kahlo collection of paintings, if they didn't like Frida Kahlo, she couldn't be their friend.

If I'm hanging out with somebody who turns non-problem problems into problems
I mean, I can still be their friend, but I just don't really wanna hang out with them.

Here's the sticky question that changes everything

How big of a problem do you want to make this?

The obvious answer is always going to be, like

Not that big of a problem.

Problems don't change until you change how you relate to them. (When we bless them.) We can't control the circumstances in our lives, but we can choose how we think about them.

If storms and fires are the work of the Divine, so are flat tires and breakups. All of it is a blessing (even if it's in disguise). Problems become portals when we get excited about transforming them.

Where everyone else sees a roadblock, we can be like, guys
it's a secret passage to higher consciousness.

Listen in for an excerpt from my new book Bless & Release. Spoiler: The book is funny. That's all I want. Well, it's not all I want. It's what I want the most.

  • Your capacity to forgive will amaze you

What happens when you become a Super Blesser?

In today's episode, I'm telling you about a music festival and an ex-partner's mistress. Not mine. Someone in my community. I have her permission to tell this story

A blessing is your focused positive intention. And blessing is the most excellent situation medicine response for balancing your nervous system.

When you start working with your heart's intelligence, your whole way of living will shift for the better. You will stop obsessing. No more mental replays of that conversation from months or years ago. Your creativity will surge.

You will stop managing other people's emotions. All this worrying about other people burns through our own energy reserves. We manage other people's emotions out of fear—fear of loss, rejection, or just having the same old argument again. It's exhausting.

When you filter your emotions through your heart, you build emotional resilience. And your capacity to forgive will amaze you.

Picture this: You're getting ready to rock out at a music festival with your girlfriends. And you run into the woman—the mistress—who broke up your marriage. The kind of confrontation moment that could make you freeze. But something's different now.

Listen in for an excerpt from my new book Bless & Release. Hear about Gina's Super Blesser experience at that music festival—and how she used The Centering Practice to choose dancing instead of drama.

  • A peek into my journals

Today I'm giving you a sneak peek into my Bless & Release journal. I'm talking about some divorce. I'm talking about some manifesting. It's really a celebration of owning my shit.

I was sitting at my desk, crying as I googled how to overcome heroin addiction. Except I've never tried heroin. I don't even drink coffee. I was trying to let go of divorce pain. The rumination—the mind looping—felt addictive.

So I did the most radical thing I could think of. I did a 21-day Centering Practice for my former husband. There were no skipping days. Prior to that, I had been going out of my way to keep him off my doorstep. But now I was going to hold him in the cave of my heart with unconditional love.

And it was really hard. And then it was awesome.

Love is so easy. We tell ourselves all these stories about how hard it is. Love itself is not hard at all. It's electric, it's alive, it's perfect.

I transmuted a hella heap of pain, and that was my closure. I didn't need any additional closure. I didn't need a conversation. I didn't need more therapy.

Listen in for real entries from my journal
plus manifesting on the seawall, blessing my son on his birthday, and what softening actually means.

  • And what to do when it shows up

    Here's the sequence:

    Unmet needs lead to disappointment.
    Disappointment gives rise to grief.
    Unresolved grief turns into resentment.
    Holding onto resentment creates anger.

Welcome to Earth. Welcome to being a human. There is a 100% likelihood that to varying degrees, we will all feel unseen, unheard, or not loved in ways that we want to be loved.

When we're children, we aren't able to fully process not having our needs met. The implicit grief registers in our energy field and we haul it around until we're mature enough to process it on our own or until we can afford therapy, whichever comes first.

If we don't treat our grief with compassion, it thickens into resentment over time. Resentment is one of the root causes of cynicism and doubt. Resentment often causes us to hoard resources out of fear. Resentment is a huge obstacle to abundance.

Holding onto our unmet needs perpetuates not having our needs met in the present. It becomes this vicious cycle of chasing and not receiving.

If you fight your anger, it will fight you right back. Your anger is looking to be seen, to be heard, to be loved. Bless it, and it will stop acting out.

What we embrace transforms and makes us more loving.

Listen in. Then we're doing the Centering Practice together. We'll work with the full spectrum of colour. This is you being the energy healer.

  • What you push away pushes back

Here's the physics principle: What you push away pushes back. And while it's pushing back, it's building its own muscle. What we push away grows stronger.

We have to be in relationship with our fears, not in opposition to them.

Most fear is based on past experience that we project into the future. The catch? Fighting our fear creates this inner battle. That inner battle is such an energy burn. So draining. So hard on the nervous system.

The irony is that we created the fear. Every single one of our fears comes from the unconscious mind. Each one is a mind baby. You are the mother, the father, the parent of all of your fears. Your job? It's to lovingly parent them. Not to deny them. Not to abandon them. (That would make you a very bad parent.)

Relax your grip on your fear.

You bring your fear into your heart. You have a conversation with it. You say, I hear you. I've got you. And the Divine has me.

As long as we are running away from fear, we don't look at it. The moment we stop and look at fear, it begins to dissolve.

In this episode of With Love, Danielle, I'm breaking down how to have a healthy relationship with your fear. With content from my new book Bless & Release.

Then we're doing the Centering Practice together—focusing on one of your fears. We'll work with the full spectrum of light and colour frequencies. Pinks, peach tones, golds, minty greens, sky blues, violet. You're rainbow-healing your fear. This is you being the energy worker. You're doing the healing.

    Danielle

  • This is physics. This is metaphysics. This is the power move.

A sneak peek from my new book, Bless & Release

We need a new relationship with our emotions and ambitions. Because clearly, the current one is not working.

Here's a radical idea: Instead of repressing, rejecting, or ignoring our suffering, we bring it even closer. Within. Gently. As if we were blessing it.

As if we were alchemists and energy workers. Because we are.

Listen in for the 21 principles of blessing and releasing. The philosophical ground everything is built upon.

This is physics. And this is metaphysics. And this is the power move that will change everything.

  • I'm announcing CENTERED—my new spiritual wellness app launching April 2026.

This is 10 years in the making. And it feels like holding onto a rocket right now.

Think Spotify for spiritual wellness. A place to design your day based on devotion. Wake up to the energetics of the day. Build playlists with prayers, mantras, meditations—all the things.

The existing wellness apps are for coping and calming down. You press play. You stay passive. Spiritually neutral.

But CENTERED is built for depth, not dopamine.

I'm partnering with Aligned, a Silicon Valley software company led by an early Spotify exec. Launching April 17th with my new audiobook, Bless & Release.

Here's what shocked me: Only 1.1% of global venture capital goes to female-led startups.

I'm changing that. CENTERED is open to investment from $100 to $1.5 million. The goal? A women-majority investor base.

We're putting the feminine in fem tech. Listen in for all the details.

    With Love,
    Danielle

    As mentioned in this episode:

Learn more about investing in the CENTERED App at centeredapp.com. We'll send you the pitch deck, and access to our WeFunder campaign where you can become a founding investor with as little as $100.

  • The physics of letting go
and wanting what's meant for you.

For a decade, I thought letting go of my worldly desires would bring me peace.

    I was wrong.

I used spiritual perfectionism to hurt myself. I guilt-tripped myself for having "unspiritual" feelings. I romanticized renunciation while still wanting to host dinner parties at the monastery.

    Then I figured it out

What we push away pushes back and gets stronger.
What we embrace transforms and strengthens us.

This is the introduction to my forthcoming book, Bless and Release: The physics of letting go—and wanting what's meant for you.

    With love,
    Danielle

    In this episode:

Why people who let go with ease are more joyful (they don't avoid pain—they bless it)

The spiritually romanticized torture I put myself through

How I stopped criticizing myself for having "unspiritual" feelings

The Bless Practice: heart-centered energy work you can do in 90 seconds

What happens when you stop pushing away the pain and chasing the desires

Why we're turning to AI for spiritual direction (please stop)

The radical truth: instead of repressing suffering, bring it in closer—and bless it

Lean in, pay attention. This episode of With Love, Danielle is our favourite kind—raw girlfriend honesty with deep spiritual wisdom (hello Krishnamurti)!

Danielle focuses on identifying the behaviours that signify someone is 'not your person' and encourages you to cultivate discernment. But what next? Distancing ourselves, Forgiving, Compassion, healing, setting boundaries. How do you do this with Love?

Danielle shares a favourite nourishing thought to help us. I love myself so deeply, I have the courage to see things as is. She explains how to become a more Loving being for yourself and everybody else. You can see everything with Love.

You'll elevate your vibration, embrace deeper self love, and seek healthier connections. You'll turn to your inner wisdom and magnetize nurturing and supportive relationships. You'll experience the joy of finding your true community.

    You know
I've felt like an outsider most of my life. Lil' bit on the outside. And of course I've had my share of hard No's and reeejection.

    And
 but
each rebuff and snub is taking us closer to our shadow territory, to the beautiful, unhealed stuff that's waiting to be healed.

I recently taught a class on rejection in our CENTERED Collective, and it was a tender one. We've strung the diamonds for you:

In this episode of WITH LOVE, DANIELLE I'm teaching on:

The meta-function of rejection. Every spurn, every rebuff points to our inability to accept all parts of ourselves Exactly why rejection is an advanced class in self-acceptance How we stand in our power to heal from rejection, without bypassing or bravado How to choose responsiveness and consciousness over numbing out and running away.

This is the work. This is how we transform our repetitive pain into deep esteem.

    With Love,
    Danielle

I'm never contrarian for the sake of it. I'm good to go with the conventional flow. But not today, friends, not today! We have higher realms of consciousness to traverse. And those higher states are not in our guts. or lower chakras, or low vibe stories from our past.

    Old adage: "Trust your gut."

    New way: Nah.

Pay attention to your gut, but don't let it make your plans.

There's both spiritual and scientific sense to this.

I'm talking about decisions, intuition, direction, and how to figure out your next best move....and it's NOT about "following your gut."

My loves, for the month of November, we are featuring the best of my business episodes from 2025. Today's run has some extra divine timing because, as you're listening to this, if you're listening to it on our drop week, we are in Mercury Retrograde.

Mercury Retrograde is all about review, rewinding, cleaning things up with intention before they pile up, and you've got to set something on fire.

Today's conversation is about the things that, as a team, we decided to let go of this year—in terms of policies, behaviours, things we did to get the bottom line up, and ways of doing things that felt outmoded and not expansive anymore.

This will hopefully be inspiration for your creativity, for your prosperity, and for your kitchen cupboards.

I'm so glad you're here. Always with love,

    Danielle.

To scrubbing a 220,000 person email list down to 65,000 loving, active subscribers

If you don't know what 10xing is, stick around. I'm about to break it down.

Danielle loves bold goals and quantum leaps.

But not at the expense of wellness—or sanity.

In this week's episode, she's sharing the reason she hit pause on chasing rapid financial growth—and how she rebuilt her business around calm, clarity, and a new definition of prosperity.

She introduces her Be Well Business Number—a formula that balances revenue goals with nervous system regulation—and explains why weekends, joy, and purpose are more valuable metrics than just the bottom line.

This is heart centered 10x'ing—business strategy through the lens of Love.

Hello, my loves. For the month of November 2025, we are going to focus on business-related topics, and I'm bringing out the best of my business hits.

Today, we're talking about authentic intelligence—rather than, as opposed to, instead of, a better option than—artificial intelligence.

As I'm recording this intro right now, I'm sitting in a hotel room in London, England, shortly after I've come off stage giving a talk to a room full of mostly female business entrepreneurs. I asked them at the beginning of the day if they wanted to talk about AI, and they groaned. And I said, "Well, we've got to do it."

I'm always willing to be the contrarian if it's all in service to truth.

This podcast conversation is in service to the truth of what I believe the fact to be: that AI is where your intuition goes to die.

On that note, welcome to today's episode of With Love, Danielle.

  • This episode originally aired as Episode 152 on January 8, 2025, and it struck a chord with so many of you. We're replaying it because the conversation about emotional exhaustion and energy depletion felt especially needed—then and now. My loves, who's tired?

    Who's exhausted? Sleepy? Worn down?

In this episode of With Love, Danielle we're talking about reasons—eight of them, in fact—why you may be overtired.

And this is not about the physical things, the medical things.  It's not about how much sleep you're getting at night
 It's about energy.

So let's make the connection from the emotional to the physical, and then let's heal it. Let's lift it, lighten it, and dissolve it... so we can all get to vibrant and peaceful and lit up and strong. Okay?
